//Ok im in school at this very moment but I have this strong urge to write a chapter so yeah here we are lol//
After Patton had left the others to decide who was gonna do what. He went to the kitchen trying to decide what would be easier to do first; baking the cake or putting up decorations. Patton decided that he would just start making the cake first and then put up decorations after.
Patton got all of the things out that he would need for the cake and put on his apron. He got the bowl he was gonna use for the mixing and starting making the batter. As soon as he finished making the batter he put it into two cake pans and put it in the oven.
When the oven dinged that the cakes were ready Patton smiled and put on the oven mits and got the two cake pans out of the oven and set them on the stove top. He took the oven mits off and set them to the side.
He got a toothpick and stuck it in the middle of the cake to check if it was ready or not. When he took the toothpick out it was dry which meant the cake was done. He did the same thing to the other cake and it was done as well.
Patton let the cakes cool down while he started making the icing. It was a dark blue white chocolate icing. Patton had spent years baking so he was honestly fine with being the one to cook and bake things.
When he finished making the icing he got the cake stand that can spin and touched the cakes to make sure they were warm enough (Yes he did make sure to wash his hands before) to put on to the cake spin stand. He then put some of the icing in a piping bag and started icing the cake.
When he finished icing the cake while smoothing it out, he smiled and set it to the side. He decided to start making edible decorations to put on the cake. He decided to also use other icing and make the Scorpio constellation in the middle of the cake (since Logan's a Scorpio).
Once he finished he smiled and took a picture of it before it was cut. He then kept the cake on the stand but put a cake cover over it so that nothing would mess it up. He then dusted his hands together and smiled. Then he realized how much of a mess there was after making a lot of icing and having made the cake from scratch. He sighed and started cleaning the stuff up.
When he finished he took his apron off and set it where he normally does when he's finished baking. He then went to go get the decorations and start hanging them up.
When he finished, that's when Emile and Remy arrived. "Oh hey guys!" They both smiled and said hey.
