"So where's your little bean that you and Logan adopted?" Emile asked and as if on que, that's when Emma came into the living room. "Well Emma's right here." Patton smiled and picked her up to which Emma smiled and held on. "Awww she's adorable." Emile said and Remy nodded in agreement
Emma decided to go find Logan and spend time with him for a while. Emma went to Logan's room to find him reading a book and drinking his coffee. She climbed up onto his bed which is where he was at. Logan looked at her and chuckled while smiling. "Well hello, sunshine." Logan said with a smile and set her on his lap. "Hi Dada." Emma said hugging his neck in an attempt to hug him. Logan smiled and hugged back. "Is there a reason you decided to come here?" "Not rweally (really) just wanted to spend time wif (with) you." Logan smiled and kissed her head causing Emma to giggle.
After a while Emma had fallen asleep and Logan noticed and held her while he continued reading. Janus and Virgil were still on lookout so they looked into Logan's room and saw the two and smiled.
Roman and Remus had come back and were helping Patton put up the decorations. Emile and Remy decided to help as well. After a bit they were finally finished and they had a place in the living room for presents for Logan.
Patton then thought about if there was anything else they needed to do before they start the party. "Cake? Done. Decorations? Done. Cleanup after baking? Done. Presents wrapped and in the place they need to be? Done." Patton mumbled to himself. "I cant think of anything else we need to do." "Should we go ahead and start the party?" Roman asked. "Yes but first I need to put the candles on the cake."
After Patton put the candles on the cake he smiled and nodded to Janus and Virgil to get Logan out. The two nodded back and went into Logan's room to find him carrying Emma in one arm and holding his coffee mug in the other hand. "Oh- well I guess he was already coming out anyways." Virgil said. "Well anyways your probably wondering why we've kept you in your room all day-" "You were throwing a surprise party weren't you?" "I-" Virgil had this look of confusion on his face and so did Janus which caused Logan to chuckle. "I'm not dumb to not realize that's probably why. I mean its pretty simple just put two and two together." "Right- well anyways I guess there really isn't a explanation needed. So why don't you come out and bring Emma with you-" "I was already going to." "...Well yeah I know I was just saying, anyways, just c'mon dude." Virgil said and started walking out of the door.
Once Logan was out of his room and infront of the cake he smiled at Patton, who smiled back at him. He blew out the candles and wished for everything to stay the same. They all talked and ate cake. They then went to the living room to watch Logan open his presents and he loved every single one of them. He could genuinely say this was one of the best birth- I mean Appreciation Days he has ever had. He couldn't be happier. They made jokes and laughed. He couldn't ask for anything better.
