First Day with the Mafia

Domenic's POV

I offered her to become one of us because this is my way to break her walls. She thought I fell for her tears, when in reality it was all part of my plan. She must be sent by the Russians, a new mole in my damn house!!

But also she could be sincere and really was at the wrong place at the wrong time. My thoughts  were out of place, it was as if  the two angels people believe to have on their shoulders were fighting to control me.

Part of me wanted to believe her and the other part wanted to know the truth and wanted to kill her. I reached my room, took a shower after this long day and headed to sleep, let's see what you've got tigrotto.

Kira's POV:

I woke up at sunrise, took a shower and went back to the bed to find some sportswear laying on my bed, Maria must've brought them, I thought. I changed into them and dried my hair with the blow dryer I found in the cabinet of the bathroom.

Deep breathes Kira, you must be strong, you have to get your revenge. Shaking the motivation I just gave myself away, I opened the door and peaked into the hallway. Good, no one was here, I closed the heavy wooden white door of my bedroom and went down to find the kitchen.

I sat on the stool next to him and it was him and I alone. I started eating when his voice cut me off, "Good morning Kira, I'm Leo by the way" he said and I just nodded my head and continued eating.

"Sorry about the whole drugging you thing, I hope now that you're one of us you'll understand that I have nothing against you, I was just trying to protect the boss" he added.

"Of course long live the boss" I said with a hint of sarcasm. I sighed "Don't worry, as long as you don't do that to me again we're good" I said smiling. I needed him as a friend because I felt lonely and I'm stuck here for a long time.

Leo and I started chatting about work at the hotel, when he told me that my friends think that I am on a trip with the boss. I found out that he'd been texting them on our group chat these past two days.

I didn't know if I should be angry at him because he used my phone without my knowledge, or relieved that they think I'm alright.

I kind of hate to admit it but I actually enjoyed our talk, it felt nice having someone to laugh with in this mansion, after all, my life is sealed in here and I don't know when I'll be out.

Our chat was cut off by Mr. Romano when he came in wearing grey sweats with a loose white T-shirt. I couldn't take my eyes off his body and his wet hair. As I take a closer look, I can't believe that I didn't notice how beautiful he is. Claire was right he is hot, I mentally laughed.

He said good morning to me and Leo and started drinking his espresso. My eyes were trained on him the whole time as I was admiring his body and face, "Take a picture it lasts longer" he shook my out of my daze.

"As if" I chuckled, damn!! He caught me and I shook my head, a smile formed on his lips at my movements. I turned to Leo and he gave me a playful wink and excused himself.

"So Mr. Roma" I started and he cut me off, "Call me Don or Domenic, Mr. Romano is my father" he said sternly, "Okay don, when do we start?" I asked cheerfully.

"Eager aren't we piccolo" he replied. "Let's go", he said and we left to the gym. His gym was huge, it had all kinds of machines you could think of and it had a fighting ring in the center.

"Come on, get in" he said and I froze. He walked past me and took of his shirt, "Now let me see your skills, punch me" he yelled.

I followed him and steadied my breath as I looked at him and ran to punch his toned abs. I groaned in pain as my fist collided with his abdomen.

"You punch like a girl" he said smirking, "Well in my defense, last time I checked I an a girl!!!", I said in anger. "Come on let's continue" he ignored me.

After 3 hours
It has been 3 hours non stop, he drained my energy until I finally could lay a proper punch. I drank water and went to take a shower to get rid of the sticky sweat on my body.

After showering, I went down and learned that he left the mansion with Leo to do some work. Therefore, I was alone so I decided to explore the mansion to waste time.

Wow this house is huge, bigger than the one I used to live in when I was little, I walked outside a huge glass door to a terrace that had a complete view of the gardens. I decided to sit on the terrace and clear my mind.

"Flashback"

Stressed by the memory of my mother, I stood up and went back to my room to lay down a bit before dinner.

Domenic and Leo came early and we all had dinner in the dinning room and drank some coffee, then we all went to bed. No one spoke to the other, it was like each and every person was in his own world.

I was completely exhausted from today's training but it was all worth it. I will get my revenge from him.... my mother's killer.

A tear escaped my eye at the memory of my mother but I quickly closed my eyes and I was engulfed by darkness and ended up in a dreamless sleep.
