CHAPTER 40: Cameback

After I finish wishing to the moon, I slowly opened my eyes and looked around to see no one. Mr. Yoo disappeared.

"Where is he?" I questioned.

"Who?" I heard a very familiar voice which starting to make my heart beats so fast.

I'm afraid to turn around because what if she is not the person I been wanting to see once again.

It's Mr. Yoo's fault for making my hopes high. 

"Mr. Yoo, stop pranking me. You already fooled me twice." I said as I started walking back to my car.

I ride my car and drove back to the mansion.

As I drive, I felt something strange. My heart is beating abnormally. I choose to shrugged it and focus on the road.

Minutes later, I arrive at the mansion. I directly went to my bedroom and slumped my body in the bed.

"Goodnight, world." I said before I drifted off to sleep.

My sleep for this day is different that the past few months. It's somewhat comfortable and I love how warm my teddy bear is.

I snuggled more in my teddy bear and hug it tightly. 

Suddenly, I felt an hand started caressing my back making me sigh in contently. A lips started kissing my forehead from time to time.

This dream is so good, it feels so real. I wish I'm not going to wake up so my dream will not going to ruin.

"Wake up." I heard her voice again and she peppering my face with kisses. "You'll be late for work if you don't get up."

I didn't budge, I snuggled more closer to her. She chuckled and I felt how her body shake because of chuckling."

Nini, wake up." I shook my head.

"Let me sleep more." 

"You should wake now, Nini. You are no longer dreaming about me." She said softly as she stroke my hair gently.

I slowly opened my eyes and adjusted my sight because it's too bright in my room. I forgot to pull down the blinds.

When my sight fully adjusted, a familiar doe eyes are staring directly in my feline eyes.

She is smiling widely and she started caressing my face so gently like I'm so fragile.

It feels like dream but it look so real. I want to touch her but I'm afraid that she might disappear.

"L-lili?" I stuttered and she nodded.

"Yes, Nini?" I felt a tear escape my right eye.

"You are here, are you real?" I hesitated to touch her and I don't know whether to hug or kiss her.

She scoot closer to me and leaned her face closer to my face. In a blink of an eye, I felt her lips against mine. Her soft and sweet lips never let me down.

I hold her nape and deepened the kiss more. Savouring and cherishing this moment.

When the oxygen became the problem, we slowly pulled away and rested our forehead against each other.

"I'm real, Nini." She said softly.

We stare at each other eyes and I relax at her touch."

I'm not going to leave again. I'm sorry if it took time for me to come back." I shook my head and hold her tightly.
