Well it's been a year since being away from charming and after my job within the fbi went a bit haywire with me being kidnapped and assaulted I missed my family and wanted to return to the place I felt safe and knew my kids would definitely be safe. On my face I still have the cuts and bruises and the kids know what happened since they're old enough.

They are excited to see their dad again although the little 2 don't really remember much since he wasn't always around maybe that will change I've told Abel that we will do it gradually and I don't want to rush into seeing Jax again because he might cause trouble and I wanna get them settled into school first ajd the house sorted

It's been a week of being in charming and the kids are enjoying school Abel is being a little challenging and having a few troubles but he is definitely trying he's a great kid and the other two are just settled great.

Tonight I was thinking of calling Gemma to see if she wanted to come over for tea and see the kids and give her the surprise of being back

"Hey gem" I said down the phone when she picked up

"Wow I'm surprised your calling me are the kids alright"

"Yeah yeah they're great I wanted to know if you wanted to come have dinner with us since we are back in our old house" I said

" yeah baby I'll be definitely there I'll tell the fam-" I cut her off

"No please gem not yet I need a little more time"

"A little late darlin" an old voice come through the phone and I know exactly whose it is

"Well I'm guessing I'll see you all tonight" and hung up a little annoyed feeling ambushed

Tonight, the door went and then before I could answer it opened with everyone from the club piling in my door and finding themselves a seat, I saw jax follow his mum into the kitchen where I was.

I turned around and saw them both gasp at me

"What? Don't look that bad do I ?" I asked before I remembered about my face being battered and bruised

"What happened to your face darlin" he asked evidently with worry on his face

"It doesn't matter" I quickly said trying to ignore talking about the horrific events

I turned back to the food I was prepping and the kids came flying downstairs and Abel instantly hugged jax and he took him into an embrace also while the twins looked a little confused

"Tom, jo hey babies it's dad get over here" he said while holding his arms out the two just looked at him and came to me to ask what we are having once telling them they pondered off to play

Gemma headed back to clay and jax came closer to me while I was still prepping

"Why don't they remember me" he asked

"Well like I said you were never around you moved out and Abel asked us to leave when you were more bothered with that slut instead of your family" I said trying to hold back tears since I never really dealt with the sadness of the situation instead divulged into my work and look where that got me

He looked saddened by what I had said but loved on swiftly

"So how come your back" he asked

"Decided to come back okay" I snapped

"Okay just asked sheesh, so what really happened to your face you gotta tell me"

"No I don't drop it okay I'm serious" turning away from him but he slid in front of me and pinned me near the sink

"Darlin tell me what's wrong I can see the hurt in your eyes" he said caring about me

"You can't do that anymore you chucked away our marriage not me so stop" trying to break free before I broke down

He fought me back and held me by my arms and he didn't have to say anything before I blurted it out

"In the fbi I was kidnapped and assaulted okay!" And I balled, something I haven't done at all since it happened since I was trying so hard to be strong for the kids
