32: NIGHT'S BEAUTY

Nature's wonder bedazzles me.
The serenity of still night atmosphere,
The howl of the owls at mid morn,
Howling away like the Hedwig of Harry,
The chirruping of the crickets at nigh,
All crowned by the beauty of the Firefly.

Nature's wonder bedazzles me.
Never have I experienced the world in its slumber,
The beauty that comes from serenity,
The clear air that washes the lungs de novo,
The slap-slap of my footwear underneath,
All crowned with the darkness that sips the pain away.

Nature's wonder bedazzles me.
Night's wonder is stupendously charming,
Its loneliness can be satisfying.
Beauty resides in the night's air,
A walk through it, strengthens immensely,
Self-worth is built again by sheer joy,
All crowned with the bathing light of the moon.

Nature's wonder bedazzles me.
The rising sun is a breathtaking beauty.
The sing-song of the birds, a harmonious melody.
Nature's rise from slumber, a gorgeous maiden.
All things breathing, pause, to acknowledge this wonder,
For only seconds will it last,
Before the reality of dawn, dawns on all.
