Open when you're stressed

Hey my love,

I understand that you're stressed out right now, please make sure that you're looking after yourself. its very important that you're taking care of yourself right now even if it feels like thats the last thing you want to do, please make sure you're drinking water and eating as much as you can. Your feelings are valid and they matter, please try to not overload yourself with work or any other extra stress, its ok to take your time, to take a break and to take things slow. Please let me know if there is anything that i can do right now to make sure you're ok and to take some of that stress off of you.

I understand right now it might all be stressful but trust me, once everything is done you're going to feel so much better about everything, you should be so proud of yourself.

Here are some things that i think will help you out to feel even just a little bit less stressed out right now, whether that be you're stressed out because of work you need to do, or just that you're stressed in general.

1. read this :)

2. make a tea

3. take a break from the work for a little bit, come back to it later

4. have something to eat

5. have a bath

6. talk to me

7. have some water

8. listen to music

9. watch some streams

10. section up the work so its not too many things at once

11. hang out with dora

12. go outside

13. read a book

14. have some alone time

15. do some manifesting

16. go for a walk

17. watch a movie / TV series with me

18. have a nap

I love you so much, i know you can get through whatever it is that is causing you stress right now. focus on one thing at a time. You're not alone. I'm here if you need to talk about anything darling xx
