Chapter 35: Awakening

Previously:

We see Y/n helping All Might, he was pushed by Momo as she took a death beam to the chest by the fusion Shigalaro.

3rd POV:

Y/n immediately got up and ran towards a dying Momo. As he was near her dying body, Y/n pulled her into a hug as tears began to escape his eyes.

Y/n: "No no no no no... Momo please don't die on me... Please..."

He said hugging her while still crying.

With the last of her energy, she had kissed Y/n saying.

Momo: "Please win this... For me...."

And with that she had died. As Y/n held her body close to him the world turned dark as he only heard the Shigalaro's piercing laugh.

Izuku POV:

I couldn't believe it. One of my classmates had died. My brother is now looking as if he died as well. We were now hopeless until,

Y/n: 'Izuku'

Looking around I saw that I was in a black void with only me and Y/n, but he was on his knees like in the real world.

Y/n: 'Izuku'

He said again, but I noticed his mouth wasn't moving, as if he was a toy with now string. I had hesitated to answer him.

Izuku: "Y-yes Y/n?"

Y/n: 'I know it's asking a lot from you but... Please lend me some of your One for All energy... Please, I know it's selfish of me but I need it to avenge my departed Momo... Please Izuku grab my hand.'

Saying this Y/n looked at me with tears in his eyes as he still looked emotionless. But I had hesitantly grabbed his hand as I felt the void shake as blue and green electricity surrounded our bodies.

I then looked at Y/n and saw he had a smile with tears still rolling down his face.

Y/n: 'Thank you...'

And with that everything went white.

3rd POV:

As Izuku snapped back to reality, he looked at his hand and felt stronger.

With Y/n, he had tapped into a new power as his aura went from red to green to blue as his hair changed from red to an aquamarine color. But green sparks had surged from his body as well as he had shouted in anger.
