_________________Imani hummed to the song 'ex-party' by summer walker while putting bruise cream over the purple bruise that was on her left thigh.
Earlier her and Horace got into a disagreement and he punched her in the thigh because she had made a valid point. What made matters even worse was that he didn't take his prescribed pills so anything that came in contact with him made him upset and angry.
All Imani knew was that this wasn't the first time and probably wouldn't be the last.
"Ay Imani, where the fuck you put them pills at?" Horace questioned walking out the chest and sitting on the edge of the bed to put on his g-fazos.
"Why? You gon' take them this time?" Imani looked over at him scrunching up her face. Closing the cream and sitting it on the dresser, Imani pulled down her leggings so it wasn't noticeable.
"Naw i'mma flush them down the toilet. Duh, i'mma take them stop asking these dumbass questions" He looked back at her with a mug.
"Keep playing and i'mma beat yo' ass, again" He added on.
Horace felt as if Imani was testing his buttons just so that he could react and flash out. Shrugging, Imani pointed across the room to the pill bottle that was on the floor.
"Whatever, can you take me home since your going wherever you're going?" Imani mumbled walking to the other side of the room and slipping on her Yeezy slides.
"Naw you coming with me to the stu," Horace told her grabbing his gun out the drawer and tucking it in his pants. "I'm tryna go home and slump out though" Imani explained.
"What I say, Imani?" He looked back at her before he walked out of the room. "Mane stop being feezy and come on. Turn off all the lights too"
Imani punched the air before she grabbed her bag and walked over to the light switch, turning it off aggressively. She knew she should've came in her car.
Walking down the stairs then down the hallway to the front door she saw Horace waiting for her as he stood by the security system waiting to turn it on. Walking past him out the door, Imani walked over to his black Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
"I should kick ah dent in his shit and see how he like it" Imani giggled lifting her foot while thinking about it.
Getting into her own thoughts she didn't even notice that he was standing right next to her holding out the keys to the car. "Youn hear me talking to you?"
Snapping out the daze she shook her head no while looking at him confused. "No what did you say?"
"You drive to the stu, I gotta do some shit real quick," He told her digging in his pocket for his phone.
