The Final Goodbyes

AMYS POV
Today was the day. The house was full of suitcases and bag. We were meeting the ducks at the ice rink where we would get the bus to the airport. We weren't going till 4 so i had arranged to meet Gordie, Tori, vern and teddy at the treehouse at about 1. I got the bag of clothes belong to chris. I told mom i was only going to say goodbye to everyone and that i will be back in time. I left the house and i was walking down the street to the treehouse, i start getting emotional realising i was going to say goodbye to the bestest friend group i ever had.
I got there and see them all standing there. We all smiled at eachother. It didnt feel real. "Well i guess this is it" Said teddy. I nodded my head and then we all done one big group hug. It felt strange without chris, but i already said goodbye to him. For good. "I cant believe you leaving us, it has been the best 2 years ever, thank you Amy for all the memories im really gonna miss you" whimpered gordie. "Im gonna miss you so much goride, you have been a great friend and i am greatfull for the memories". I just wanted to cry, it was one of the hardest things i had to do. "Amy, im sorry if i ever seemed rude, its just my personality but now im turning soft, i wish you that best" said teddy as i hugged him. "Aw amy sincerely i really am gonna miss you, u tought me how to fight back, and im grateful for that, you have been an amazing person to me" said vern. "Awh vern im gonna miss u too" i said. I turned to tori, i knew this was gonna be the hardest. "IM GONNA MISS YOU SO MUCH" we both said as wee broke down sobbing. "I am gonna call you everyday" i said with a shaky voice. "Maybe one day i can watch you play a match" said tori. We hugged so tight, then gordie teddy and vern joined in. We talked for abit about our memories together, then i handed the bag of clothes to goride. "Hey amy there you are" said adam. "Well i better go guys, i love you all so much" i said walking away. Me and adam still had time to go for our little walk together like he asked, turns out coach got the times wrong we aren't leaving till 5. "Who were they?" Adam asked. "There just my friends i was saying goodbye" i told him. He noticed i was crying s he wiped away the tears i looked up at him and smiled. "No need to be upset amy, your friends are happy for you" he told me.
We walked through the park and then stopped of for icecream, Adam payed for mine although i told him that i would pay. We talked for ages and had some laughs along the way, Adam walked me home to get ready for the bus. "Thanks adam, this really cheered me up" i said. "No, thank you amy, im glad that i cheered you up" he said as he kissed me on the cheek. I smiled and went into my house. My mom and dad were rushing so much, we didnt have to leave for another 40 minutes. "Quick john you need to bring all the frames in a box!". The moving van is gonna be following us on the way, then our stuff is getting shippped so we are staying in a hotel for the first two nights. Soon it was time to go. it felt strange seeing the house so empty. I was so excited to go and live my new life with the ducks.
"Hi amy" Said Guy. "Oh hi guy, wheres the rest" i said because it was just guy and his mom and me and my parents. "Oh there coming we are just early". Soon the rest of the team came. We had to get into pairs. "Hey amy, wanna be partners, i mean us two girls better get to know eachother" said Connie. Connie is a nice girl, she has gorgeous brown eyes and brown hair: i think me and her will get along so i said yes.
