The Journey

AMYS POV
We got on the bus, it was 2 floors. All the kids went upstairs and the adults stayed downstairs. Connie was at the window and i was on the outside. In the row beside us was charlie and jesse, infront of them were Adam and Guy. "So how was it living in castlerock" said connie. "oh i loved living their, it doesn't come across as the most appealing neighbourhood but when you lived there your full life its great" i said. Me and connie talked alot and got really close. We talked about all sorts of stuff.  "So how you a crush on any of the team" she asked. I immediately tought of adam, i turn around to see charlie and adam looking at me. "No not yet" i replied which was a total lie! "How about you" i asked. "Oh yeah, me and guy are in a relationship" she said. I never would have tought that they were dating, but the more i think about it they were always together when i seen them. "Aw thats cute" i said. "Thanks, i think you and averman would look good together" said connie. "Averman! no hes not my type" i replied. She laughed "no im kidding, but i actually think you and adam would be cute" I smiled when she said me and adam would he good together. "or maybe even charlie" she said. i never really tought much of charlie, but he is actually a really nice guy and has always been there to talk since i met him.
ADAMS POV
i looked behind me on the bus, i couldn't keep my eyes of amy, she just so perfect. I watched as her and connie were laughing together. She did look at me a few time. "Hey banks you really can't keep your eyes of her" shouted goldberg. Amy quickly turned to me to see where i was looking, she looked at me and smiled then the whole team laughed. Everyone except for charlie. Charlie is one of my closest friends on the team, maybe he doesn't like when i talk to girls incase he thinks im gonna replace him. I could hear amy and connie talk about crushes, i didnt hear her answer but connie asked amy who her crush was. she looked at charlie for a second and then turned to me and we made eye contact. I wonder if she is into me, oh boy would that be amazing!
CHARLIES POV
I sat next to amy on the bus, by next to her i mean we were in the same row but we were both on the outside. Ill take what i can get. Im worried amy will end up falling for adam and not me, if i really want her to like me back i better up my game. "Hey amy wanna hear a joke" i asked. "sure" she said. "which state do hockey players get their jerseys", my mom always told me this joke. "I dont know" she said smiling. She tried to think for a minute, she is so pretty when she thinks. "New jersey" i said. She laughed, she has the most prettiest laugh ever. Connie laughed too because her and amy were partners. I really wanted to be her partner but she wanted to get to know connie because they were the only girls. Maybe i will try sit beside her on the plane, its a 2 hour journey on the plane how cool would that be, me and the girl of my dreams on a plane together as a pair for 2 hours!
AMYS POV
"okay okay i want everyone to get into a new pair for the plane" coach said as we hopped of the bus outside the airport. i already had in mind two people i wanted to sit beside, Adam is the first one because i have a HUGE crush on adam and plus he is really nice to me too, and then number two is Charlie. He is great company to be around. "Hey amy do you wanna be my partner" asked adam. ADAM JUST ASKED ME TO BE HIS PARTNER AHHHH, i get to sit beside the most handsome kind charming boy ever! "Yeah of course" i said. "Great" adam smiled. Charlie starting walking over, "Amy wanna be partners?" he asked. "Sorry charlie adam already asked me" i said. Charlie said it was okay. "Sorry my bad, there is 3 seats so get into a trio" said coach bombay. I called charlie back over and told him we could be a trio.
ADAMS POV
Just as i tought me and amy were gonna get to sit together, just us two like i wanted. Charlie has to come, i dont really care, il make sure she sits beside me and everything will be just fine. Im pretty sure she has a crush on me and not charlie, from what i seen she looks at me more and when i kissed her on the cheek she smiled and plus we make alot of eye contact, ive got nothing to worry about.
CHARLIES POV
Great i get to sit with amy! but there just one problem, Adam has to be there too. Once i sit beside amy before he can well then it will all go ok. Amy never confirmed she has a crush on me or adam but she talks to adam alot and she talks to me so i just need to make sure that i talk to her, to try make her catch feelings.
AMYS POV
We were walking through the airport. Charlie walked ahead to talk to averman and goldberg. Adam didnt leave my side, when i was talking to connie and guy he was there, when i was talking to jesse he was there. Me and adam were walking together on the way to the flight, we were talking about hockey then suddenly our hands brushed of eachother. EEK I GOT SUCH BUTTERFLIES! i looked at him and he looked at me, we made eye contact for a good 7 seconds then looked away and kept walking but then you wont believe what happend. WE BRUSHED HANDS AGAIN. but this time adam grabbed my hand and held it, i looked at him and smiled. we were officialy holding hands. Nobody could see that we were, we both had big heavy coats so it was hidden well.
ADAMS POV
Oh boy am i freaking out! me and amys hands brushed of eachother and then we made the strongest eye contact ever. But then it happend the second time, but this time i had to do something so i grabbed her hands and put my fingers between her fingers. i had officially held her hand. she looked up at me with the most beautiful smile i ever seen, We carried on walking holding hands, nobody could see. THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVER!
AMYS POV
I had to let go of adams hand while we walked onto the plane, we had to go single file. Adam sat at the window, i sat in the middle and charlie sat on the edge. We put our buckles on. "im so scared of taking of" i said to myself. the next minute adam and charlie grabbed each of my hand. "you can squeeze my hand amy if your scared" said charlie. "It will be okay amy, im here beside you" said adam. I said thanks and off we flew, i squeezed their hands so tight i hope i didnt break their fingers. "Tight grip you got" said charlie. "sorry" i said squeezing even tighter. "Amy its ok, look we are almost in the air" said adam. I turned my head towards adam and smiled at him and then i was ok.
We were in the air about 30 minutes, we all talked about hockey and what positions we play. Adam made a funny joke so we looked at eachother and laughed. "Um amy wanna see a magic trick" said charlie. "Em sure why not" i said. "Ok see this chocolate" he said. i nodded. "close your eyes and it will be gone". I opend my eyes to see charlie with big full cheeks. "see its gone" charlie said while chewing the chocolate. I gigled "nice one charlie".  "Well look what i can do amy" said adam. i turned around to adam doing silly faces, tbey were both doing all these things to try make me laugh its like rivalry. I started getting sleepy and dozed of on adams shoulder. Charlie and adam fell asleep too, i don't really remember much but i slightly remember falling asleep with my head on charlies lap. I woke up charlie twirling my hair and adam still asleep. I sat up and apologised for falling onto his lap, he told me its okay that i was there for about 20 minutes and that i slept on adams shoulder for about a half an hour. I have to say i had a great nap!
Adam woke up and he had the cutest sleepy face ever. I put my hand on the left side of the chair nearset to adam, next minute he is holding my hand again. I didnt look at him, he didn't look at me it just kinda happened. But hey im not complaining! Charlie starting singing stand by me to himself, id made me happy because it reminded me of when me Tori, Chris, Teddy, Vern and Goride used to always sing that in the treehouse, or when teddy would walk around the school halls skipping his way to the principlas office singing that song, oh how i miss that.
The plane landed and we all clapped because we are weird like that. We stepped of the plane and it was so cold. "is it always this cold in minnesota" i asked. "Yep you better get used to it smitty this is your new home" said Guy. Everyone laughed a bit. "Do you want my jacket" asked adam. "No its ok then you will be cold" i said. He just took of his coat and told me he had another in his bag which he took out to wear. I took his coat and he helped me put it on. "Thanks adam" i said smiling. "Ooooo look at smitty getting banks coattt" Said averman. Everyone else said ooooo and laughed. "oh shut up guys im just being nice" said adam. We looked at eachother and laughed and start walking to the entrance.
CHARLIES POV
DARN IT, DARN IT, DARN IT! i an so stupid i should have asked amy if she wanted my coat. Thats another point for adam, i really need to try harder if i want her to like me.
ADAMS POV
Guess who just got their dream girl to wear his coat, i did! And we even held hands on the plane AND it only gets better she fell asleep on my shoulder. It was different seeing snow, there was no snow in castlerock, we were out of town for 4/5 days but its good to be back. Amy was talking to connie, i think there the new bestfriends. I decided to let them have their own time so i went over to Fulton and jesse.
Everyone got their own taxi booked my coach to drive them back home, My dad and i got in the taxi but first i went over to amy to say goodbye, that was the best little trip of my life, and to think i wasant gonna go!
AMYS POV
Adam came over to me to say goodbye before we got in the taxis. "Which taxi is ours coach" my mon asked. "You guys are gonna go in the taxi with Charlie and his mom seems as your hotel is across the street" Coach said. I got in the taxi, Charlie opened the door for me, Our parents were in the middle row and me and charlie had to go to the back 2 seats. We were both starving all we could talk about was food food food! I was telling him how the hotel has an all day all you can eat buffet. He was telling
me all about the ducks and what our practice stadium is like. After a 20 minute drive the taxi stopped. We got out, "Bye charlie, thanks for the company" i said waving goodbye. "Bye smitty, see ya at practice" he laughed.
