Well, that's Rod. He always got into a fight, not because of his alcoholic side-it's his love for his one and only.
"I'm off to school pops!" Maria says goodbye to her dad.
She's been sad recently. It's probably because she's been to five schools now. Rod had to move every time he got into a fight with someone.
"5 schools in 5 years!?" The principal exclaimed to Maria as she asked for her schedule.
"It was a family issue..." She replied.
She couldn't just say that her father was an alcoholic, nor could she say that he wanted to defend her from bad intentions.
She was curious too why he had to move.
He recently lost his job because of another injury. He couldn't apply for any other job because no one would accept him.
To save up for food at home, she decided to rely on her neighbors to give her spare viands or left overs from their dinners. Something hard to do for a young girl like her.
