After the Mikey drama, Frank and I decided to talk to one another before acting on anything I heard or was told by my brother, of course I loved Mikey, but he just entered puberty, he turned into an asshole, after all, we all become assholes during puberty.
I had spent the night at Frank's, due to not being emotionally stable, it might not seem like something to get so worked up about, but I had my secrets and I'm sure no one needs to hear them.
I was pulled from my thoughts, noticing that Frank was directing me towards the breakfast he had made, I nodded and took a seat at the table, Frank sat opposite me, he didn't eat much, then again, neither did I.
Since it was Sunday, we decided to spend the day at the mall.
We had absolutely trashed Hot Topic, leaving it in a state after we purchased some much needed band merchandise, bracelets and other small necessities. We then went into Marshalls, I decided to browse through the guitars as Frank got extra picks, from what I've heard, he has a bad habit of losing them.
We then made a final stop at Walmart, for nothing in particular, besides wanting to trash the place. Somehow Frank ended up in a shopping cart and I took the once in a lifetime opportunity to push him around in the metal contraption.
After being kicked out of the store, we went back to Frank's, carrying not too many bags, most of them were from Hot Topic. When we got back, Frank and I debated on watching a movie, we settled on Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I think it was somewhere in the middle of the movie, when Frank spoke up.
"Today was fun, Gee." Gee? That's adorable, I nodded, grinning widely as I paused the movie, wanting to indulge in full conversation.
"Yeah it really was, I haven't really spent time with anyone for a while. " I replied, trying not to make any eye contact.
Frank scoffed, "I can say the same for myself, we're not really considered normal, to any extent. " He sighed. What he said was followed by a brief silence, not quite uncomfortable, but not exactly comfortable, it was as if we were both too afraid to say anything on that note, I quickly shot up, trying to change the dreary subject.
"Hey Frankie, " I had began calling him that, I don't remember exactly when, but it was a thing I'd call him regularly. "Why don't we hang out more often?" I suggested, his face instantly lit up, he got up from where we had been sitting and hugged me, it was different. After goofing around for the rest of the time, I had to say goodbye and leave the Iero household. We said our goodbyes and I was off, returning to the wonderful home that I resided in.
Upon entering the home, I was bombarded by my mother who seemed to think that Frank was my boyfriend, which he wasn't, not yet.My father was an absent figure and my mother would have trouble dealing with it, that and my brother was an absolute asswipe towards her, he didn't give two fucks about either of us and proceeded to leave to his girlfriend's house every other night.
God, how I wish I could rather live with Frankie.
Oh Frankie.
