Chapter 6

“Yang Jungwon what the heck!?” Kim Sunoo scolded his friend.

Jungwon drink water that was prepared by his friend. He’s in Kim Sunoo’s house because his hyung was called by his mom to discuss what happened to them.

“What are you going to do if your dad will know about this, huh? Are you really out of your mind already!? Whoa really! You’re making me stress!” Sunoo yelled at him.

But Jungwon stayed silent. He knew it. He knew how his dad will react if he’ll know about this.

“You know your dad is a farmer, he’s trusting you to study hard because your noona can’t support you. I know you’re mad about Jake but I hope you held it in but you didn’t. You let him get in to you, and now what will happen? Yang Jungwon, stop dreaming about fairytale romance already,” Sunoo continued.

“Why? It is not allowed?” Jungwon looked at Sunoo in his deadly eyes. “Hyung, Romeo and Juliet—“ Sunoo cut him off.

“That! That! That again! That Romeo and Juliet again! Their story isn’t good Yang Jungwon! Their story sucks a lot! They died together because of foolishness! They know they are against a big fight but they still go for it! And then what happened!? The story ended with full of shit!” Sunoo butt in and frustratedly run his hair through his fingers.

“Jay hyung and I will change the ending,” Jungwon insisted.

“How? How the fuck are you going to do that!? How are you going to fight when you already know you can’t win? What? Love? Love won’t save your ass right now, Jungwon!” he yelled.

I know. I know Kim Sunoo hyung is right. I can’t win at all but I still wanna try. I still wanna try maybe I could win it, right?

“If you want a fairytale romance then at least choose Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White or whatever the heck it is! But still Jungwon, we’re in reality—“ Jungwon cut him off.

“That’s why I’ll still choose Romeo and Juliet, Sunoo hyung. Because that is what exactly is happening to us right now. Those you mentioned? They are all fictional but this is what reality is. This is my own Romeo and Juliet,” Jungwon stated.

“But they died at the end! They died Jungwon! And I don’t want you to end up like that. You already bet your life with him and I know it’s not impossible for you to risk your fucking life to him. I don’t want that, I don’t want that Jungwon,” Sunoo cried after telling him what he really wanted.

Die… I never knew Sunoo hyung will think of me dying just because of love. I know I’ve been saying that I’ll die if hyung won’t be with me but maybe… Maybe I really can.

“Jungwon, just accept the fact that you two can’t have each other—“

“No way! Why would I? I will fight hyung and I’m going to win,” Jungwon countered.

“Fuck!” Sunoo cursed so hard and run towards Jungwon to punch him.

Jungwon was pushed by it causing him to fall down. Right after that he also throws a punch to Sunoo and they started fighting inside Sunoo’s room.

“If I can’t have him then I won’t let him be with others!” Jungwon shouted while he’s holding Sunoo’s collar.

“Really? Then go fuck yourself up because of your stupidity,” Sunoo replied while also pulling Jungwon’s collar.

“I can still win this fight, hyung.”

“Romeo and Juliet aren’t meant to meet, they are star-crossed and their story is ill-fated. You wanted to be like tha? You can’t change the ending Jungwon, what will happen is what will happen. Grip yourself and don’t let loves supersedes everything.”

Love is the most beautiful yet dangerous feeling God has given to us. It can rule anyone, it can control, and it’s violent, ecstatic, and powerful feeling that will drive you to death.
