"BROTHER!! I SWEAR IF YOU D-"

"Brother? Oh, please! Have some respect!" Loki interrupts as he shapeshifts into a female.

Thor stops confused. "Oh, I'm sorry... sister??" He says in a questioning tone.

"Try again!" Loki yells as he shapeshifts back into himself. He starts running away from Thor as Thor realizes what Loki's trying to do. "LOKI!"

"Thor you are seriously so stupid, it concerns me sometimes." His illusion says, appearing out of nowhere, next to Thor. He keeps running and stops after he's out of Thor's sight. He transports back to his room and lays in his bed, smirking to himself.

"Loki! Give that back!!" Thor yells as he keeps running towards the direction Loki disappeared into. Loki had taken Thor's favorite weapon. The one he used in his first battle. The first battle he won. If it wasn't for Loki, he would've been dead way before he had the chance to use that weapon. He literally saved his ass that day. But of course that was never mentioned. Thor was an arrogant oaf, and he loved compliments so he didn't think it was necessary to mention his brother saved his ass before that. He was the one to win the battle in the end and it didn't matter what happened before right?

Every year, this exact day, they celebrate the day Thor won his first battle. Loki hates it. Because while Thor gets praised, he gets humiliated. Because he never tried winning the battle. All he did was casting illusions to mess with the enemies' minds and making sure Thor's still alive. He is being humiliated for the fact that he chose to learn his mother's magic instead of training to be a warrior.

He is a warrior. He is good at fighting. He is faster than Thor. And he is better than anyone on that planet at wielding daggers. But he simply chooses to use his mind instead of his strength.

But no one cares. Magic is women's business and therefore he is week for choosing it. It is 'the easy way' according to Asgard's people.

Loki doesn't give a shit. He knows he is clever. He knows if it comes down to surviving, he is the best at it among them. But still, people are getting at his nerves. Whenever someone sees him, they tease him and try to humiliate him. Of course he doesn't give them the satisfaction of seeing him annoyed. He makes a snarky comeback and beats them at their own game

Today was no different. Everyone kept messing with him. When Loki got bored of their shit, he thought it would be fun to make Thor angry and he stole his precious weapon in order to do just that.

He is looking out of his window now. He sees people smiling and laughing and having fun, not a care in the world. They are happy. Everyone is happy. He doesn't like that and thinks it is time to change it. And also, he feels like ruining his brother's big day. Just for the fun of it.

Loki smirks to himself.

"Thor, Odinson, my heir, today is-" Odin pauses suddenly. He looks up from Thor and to the entrance of the throne room. Everyone keeps their eyes on Odin. Thor frowns as he tilts his head.

"Frost Giants" Odin says after a long pause. He motions for Loki and Thor to follow him and runs to the treasure room

When they arrive, Frost Giants are everywhere. Some soldiers wounded, on the ground, some of them still fighting. But Frost Giants seem to come out of nowhere and they keep coming. They are trying to get to the Casket of Ancient Winters. Loki casts a glance at Asgard's protector, frozen, its pieces laying on the ground.
