Today was a big day.

A day that had Anthea feeling goosebumps all over her body. Her mind was racing and her heart beat thundered.

She was ecstatic.

There was an uproar of cheers that erupted from the crowd, as some raised up banners while other raised up multicoloured lights.

It was finally the last day of BTS' tour.

After a few years of training, Yoongi had managed to finally bag a job as a music producer in a small company—finally pursuing his passion.

But it all changed the day a certain monolid with thick, black-rimmed glasses and Velcro shoes arrived.

Anthea recalls Yoongi telling her with the brightest of smiles, that the young boy had an incredible taste in music and was one hell of a rapper.

Then, Yoongi was invited to form a boy-band with the young teenager.

And just like that, 11 years have passed.

Now, Yoongi is a part of one of the biggest boy bands in the world. Ranking amongst millionaires in wealth and being categorised with the likes of Beatles and Queen.

Although a lot has changed, some things still remained the same.

"Goodness could you have not told me before? I would've prepared a meal for you!"

Anthea huffed, crossing her arms as she glared at the man before her.

"I'm not a child, Yoongi. I can mange things myself."

Yoongi scoffed. "Of course, and being close to fainting is 'managing yourself', correct?"

Anthea quirked an eyebrow. Oh he wants to go, we'll go all the way.

"Alright you love birds," chimed in the honey voice of none-other than RM.

"Settle down, and come on later for the after-party."

After the successful end of one of their biggest—and longest—tours, an after-party was a must. But unfortunate for the couple, they had different plans for tonight.

"Sorry, Joonie. I don't think I'll be able to make it. I have to go over to a friend's ballet performance."

Yoongi furrowed his brows.

"You mean 'we' have to go to the performance."

Anthea blissfully ignored him, turning to RM before letting out an apologetic smile.

"Maybe next time? My treat!"

And RM smiled, taking the subliminal hint of teasing Yoongi. "Of course, you're welcome to anytime."

And Yoongi was very well tipped over the edge.

Suddenly lunging forward, he caught Anthea's arm before dragging her behind his broad frame.

"You," he pointed a threatening finger towards his colleague. "Keep your hands off my wife!"

And Anthea secretly smirked. Oh this never gets old.

RM was the first to give it away. Laughing like a madman, the guy doubled over before finally catching a breath.

"Gosh, only Anthea can get a reaction like that out of you." He smiled his signature dimpled grin. "Don't worry, I'm not taking her away from you."

And with that the younger left, leaving the couple alone in the green room.

"I hate you."

Yoongi spoke up after a long pause.

"I love you too."

Anthea grinned, eyes catching the wedding ring on Yoongi's hand. And without warning, she jumped on his back.

"What the hell!"

"Let's go!" She smacked Yoongi's rear and saw his ears go red.

"Amateur, as always."

"Thanks, jerk-face."

Anthea giggled watching the interaction between the two best friends. Her own best friend clinging to her side.

"Well, what the big guy is trying to say is that you did an amazing job Jimin." Anthea smiled and hugged the man.

"Thank you so much. I thought the timings were gonna clash but I'm so glad you two could make it." Jimin smiled sincerely.

"Of course, I even ended the concert early for you." Yoongi commented, but was taken aback by Jimin's worried expression.

"What? I'm kidding! Don't go beating yourself up man." Yoongi patted his friends shoulder.

"You did great." He whispered loud enough for only Jimin to hear, who smiled brightly.

"Sorry! We're so late!" A loud voice came in before an even louder wail echoed.

"Jungkook! Control your volume!" Taehyung whisper-yelled, grabbing the crying baby from his partner's arms before cradling her in his arms.

Jungkook only smiled sheepishly.

"Oh my, has our little Elise arrived?" Anthea cooed as she poked the baby's cheek who only stared at her with wide, teary eyes.

"She clearly lost her sleep because of Jungkook's screeching." Yoongi shook his head after taking a quick peek at the little one.

"Hey, thanks for making it guys." Jimin walked near to the newly fostering parents while Hobi, Anthea and Yoongi stayed a few feet behind.

"So," Hobi began. "When are y'all planning for a baby?"

Suddenly Yoongi was choking on his spit and Anthea was hitting Hobi on the head.

"Goodness, there's a time and place for this question!" Anthea yelled, flustered as she pushed Hobi away.

"I don't know what they're so shy about? Haven't they been married for like four years now?" Hobi wondered aloud as he walked to the rest of the group.

And back stood Yoongi and Anthea with an awkward silence.

"Um, about what Hoseok said," Yoongi started, watching Anthea's moves closely. She refused to look at him.

"Maybe it's time we did plan a family?"

Anthea whipped her head around with wide eyes. "But don't you hate kids?"

"Well who said I can't tolerate a couple of cry-babies for my wife's happiness?" Yoongi grinned.

"I've seen the way you look at Elise. I was gonna ask you this for a long time but I guess we have Hobi to thank for opening this topic."

"You mean it?" Anthea asked, genuinely surprised.

"Of course," Yoongi smiled warmly, bringing an arm to wrap around his wife's waist. "I married you, so I won't let you feel incomplete. We'll do whatever you wish to do, at your own pace."

With tears in her eyes, Anthea clutched Yoongi's shirt.

"Thank you."

"Anthea!" The two heard Taehyung's voice call out.

Right as Anthea was about to walk over, however, Yoongi swiftly pulled her back before giving her a quick peck on the lips.

Anthea blushed furiously, too stunned to react as she watched Yoongi nonchalantly walk past her and join the group of noisy men.

Gosh you're gonna be the death of me.

The End.
