If staying in the house forever meant I could be with Ryder and Lily every moment of everyday. I'd gladly take that offer over having to leave the house paranoid. Justifiably so, this person is obviously a stalker. This person that could possibly be Liam, someone I had loved at one point in my life. Someone that's Jeremy's best friend who's been apart of our family for so long now.

It's hard to imagine but, just the mere thought of the boxes had me throwing my nice bit out of the window. If it was Liam, he wouldn't remember the girl he loves after Ryder and I are done with him.

Today I had decided to let Lily stay with her grandparents, Ryder's parents for the day. I felt bad my family had her all to themselves for dinner last night so I gave them a whole day. Selfless me I know, but Lily's smile when she seen them made me happy about the decision. Right now I was in my car on the way to the gang house. Ryder had gotten up early to be there to get a head start on the new possible lead while I dropped Lily off later when we both woke up.

I focused back on the road when up ahead the scene before me made me crease my eyebrows in concern. An all black Toyota car was slowing down in front of me, you have got to be kidding me right now. I pressed the breaks looking in my rear view mirror to see the same car behind me. All black just like the one in front of me that was now going at a slow steady pace. The way the cars both had a small grey symbol on them made my skin crawl with fear.

The ring that was delivered in one of the boxes, the band had something similar to the symbol. I knew at that moment these people were definitely working together. Which spiked new terror in me, there was more than one person working with this guy. As soon as I caught wind of what was going on I slammed on my breaks. My body went flying forward a bit even more so when the car behind me hit my rear as expected.

I wasted no time in opening the glove compartment at the same time hitting speed dial on my car. My black pistol slipped nicely into my hand as I pointed it behind me. Wasting absolutely no time in pulling the trigger to shoot through my back windshield.

"Love," I shot it again to get the hood of his car twice which started to form smoke upon impact, "I'm on my way." The reply got stuck in my throat from the sudden adrenaline being pushed through my veins.

I turned back around when I merely caught sight of a guy exiting the car in a hurry. I faced forward again to watch my front and pressed down on the gas when I seen the car infront of me. They had sped up some distance ahead. Just as I made eye contact with the person at the back windshield. My head ducked down when he pulled the trigger of his gun that was directed to me.
