Grecian Goddess

"Anak,tapos ka na?" Napatingin ako sa pintuan dahil sa katok ni mama. She looks so fine in her rose gold long dress.

"Give me five minutes Ma. I'm sorry,I'll just put some things in my bag." Excuse ko kahit na hinahanap ko pa ang perfume na babagay sa akin ngayong gabi. Something old and sweet to partner the vibe of my 'Blue Grecian Dress'.

I don't usually prepare much kahit na sa parties pero dahil sa nabasa kong story kanina kung saan the girl met a man in a prom, eto napa-prepare ako ng todo. I giggled at the thought that I am still influenced by fairy tales and fictional things.

"So unusual for you to prepare this much" My mama smiled and turned her back to leave. I'm sure papa is already in the car waiting.

I checked myself in the mirror and smiled because I finally wore this dress. A little bit more spray and I'm done. Bumaba na ako bago sila maghintay ng matagal. I don't want them to wait too much coz I hate waiting too.

"Oh, akala ko ba five more minutes? That wasn't even a minute" nagtatakang sambit ni mama.
Siguro kakasara niya lang ng pintuan sa sasakyan. Tumawa nalang ako at sumakay sa likod. I'm excited for the party.

"I heard the Ruiz'es made the party a little more grand this time" Napatingin ako sa labas ng bintana habang nagkukuwento si mama tungkol sa party at sa pamilyang kasosyo namin habang nakangiting nakikinig si papa sa kaniya.

Well this is relaxing. A night with my parents while the places slowly passes by outside the window. Ang ganda tingnan ng mga ilaw sa mga building, street Cafe's, barbecue stands and stores sa gabi, it gives a different vibe that relaxes my eyes at the same time it excites me, it makes me want to go take a walk and blend with the busy crowd.

That was the view till we arrived at the Ruiz'es. I stared at the place.

Damn, such a huge mansion. An enormous golden entryway welcomed us. Parang kastilyo naman ito, I wonder if the people who lives here are treated like royalty noh? They must be super sosyal.

I'm still sixteen and hindi naman kami talagang mayaman noon we just got a little better status than what we had because the Ruiz'es helped us expand our business like our banana plantation. It gave us more opportunity to open more business like gas stations, multiple school supply stores, small resorts and more. They are a big help.

"Welcome Gineva and Sam" an intimidating but classy looking lady appeared with a handsome and very tall man behind her that is probably her husband. Medyo madami pala yung mga tao. They all look classy.

"Oh my! Thank you Elena... uh and Elvi" My mama smiled gently

"Oh this is your daughter Gin?" The lady then turned to me and smiled. She's pretty. Very pretty. I also returned her a smile and a glance behind her to show respect.

"Yes, she is Elena. It's her first time" The lady 'Elena' looked at me with a curious look.

"She looks like a goddess Gin. Such a pretty girl. Bat ngayon mo Lang nilabas" She then laughed expensively. Grabe even her laugh screams luxury.

"Hon,let them come in already." The man behind held the lady in her waist and looked at her for a couple second and turned to us. Grabe is this a world of visual or something? Ke-gaganda at ke- gagwapo naman ng mga ito.

"Oh yes, of course!" They led us the way to their garden. How huge!

Gaano ba kalaki ang lupa nila? This is the front of their house. You can clearly see their big mansion even though it's not near at all.
This is like a classical movie where all noble gathers for a party or something. So magical.
