I forced myself to look at Ken and saw that she seemed to want to close her eyes. She looked drained and tired.

"Hold on, we're gonna fight for it, love?" I pleaded her

"Rest, love. Rest." Ken's answer was weak.

I can't say it's okay. I'm fine. I would have no one. I didn't see anything when I woke up in the morning, no one would be there to celebrate my wins, my works, no one would watch the midnight sunset with me.

I couldn't speak properly because I was still holding back my sobs and tears. I held Kendall's hand tighter as a message that she was here first. Here first, I will get her back.

"Russ?" she called so I immediately turned away.

"Look up. You look up there" Ken said weakly and I could feel her grip on my hand gradually loosening.
