The Dance

Harry's POV: When I woke up the next morning I saw Draco peacefully sleeping. I smiled and carefully crawled out of the bed and got up, getting dressed. I texted Hermione to meet me in the cafeteria for us to go shopping and explained that I was leaving my phone for Draco. When I finished getting dressed I headed down to the cafeteria and saw Hermione standing there looking at her phone. "Hey 'Mione" I said as I approached her. She jumped a bit and looked at me with a slight glare. "Jesus Christ Harry. Don't scare me like that" She said, holding her hand up to her chest where her heart would be. "Sorry. Anyways, are you ready to go?" I asked grabbing a granola bar and unwrapping it. "Yea let's head out. I wanna get as much shopping done as I can before the dance." She said grabbing her coat off the table. "Alright lets go then." I said. We left the school and went shopping for the day, eating lunch at a restaurant nearby.

Draco's POV: I woke up and felt that Harry was gone. I opened my eyes to see that, much to my dismay, he was in fact gone. I looked over at the little bedside table and saw Harry's phone. I got worried until I saw the note right next to it. Hey Draco, I left my phone for you to text me in case you needed anything. I went into town with Hermione so if you need me text her phone number. You can do whatever on my phone I don't really care. The password is the day my parents died. Have fun I'll be back tonight for the dance I promise. Byeee. I smiled after reading the note and grabbed it, putting in the password. It unlocked and I shot a text to Hermione to tell Harry that I was awake and that I got his note. She responded saying that Harry smiled like crazy after hearing this. I blushed and sent a smiley face in response. I blasted some music and got ready. As I was dancing and singing, I was going through my closet trying to find something to wear to the dance that night. As I was searching I started panicking and pulled a bunch of stuff out of my closet. When I realized that I was panicking to much, I grabbed Harry's phone and went to his contacts, praying that he had Pansy's number. Thankfully he did so I immediately texted her.

Draco: PANSY I NEED HELP ASAP -DRACO

Pansy: OMG Draco are you ok???

Draco: NOOO I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING TO WEAR HELP MEEEEEEEEEE

Pansy: Lmao Draco ok I'm on my way to your dorm

Draco: YESSS THANK YOU PANS

Pansy: Mhm

Pansy(1 min later): Open up I'm here and I knocked but I'm pretty sure you can't hear me over the music. So open the door

Draco: Sorry I'm coming

I opened the door and saw Pansy standing there. I let her into the room and pointed to my closet. "I legit can't find anything to wear Pans. HELP MEEE" I said whining at that last part. "Relax Dray. Don't worry I got you." She said as she walked over to my closet. She pulled out a dark green button up shirt, some beige plaid pants, and white high tops. 

Then she went to her room for a couple minutes and came back with a box. "Hey so this is some jewlery that would go with the outfit I picked out. Just comb your hair to the side and put the jewlery on then come to me and I'll do your makeup. Text me when your done and I'll come back over. See ya Dray." She said so fast I almost didn't catch everything she said. "Uh-okayy??" I said confused. I went and took a shower. Once I had showered, I walked into my room with a towel around my waist and put on some boxers then put on the outfit Pansy pulled out of my closet. I walked back into the bathroom and pulled my hair over to the side with some hair gel. I then texted Pansy saying that I was done. I was cleaning up my room until 5 mins later I heard a knock at my door. I opened the door to see Pansy standing there with 3 smallish, green bags and an even smaller bag of what I think are brushes. She was already wearing her party outfit and I could hear a lot of the others outside in the common room
