Once I get to the Helicarrier, I walk over where a Jet lands. Coulson walks out with Steve Roger's behind him. "Agent Romanoff, Captain Rogers." Coulson points.

"Ma'am?"

"Hi." I smile and turn to Coulson, "They need you on the bridge. They're starting the face-trace."

"See you there." Coulson walks away.

"It was quite the buzz around here, finding you in the ice. I thought Coulson was gonna swoon. Did he ask you to sign his Captain America trading cards yet?" I look up at him with a smile.

"Trading cards?"

"They're vintage, he's very proud." I nod.

Steve walks ahead of me as he see Banner. "Dr. Banner."

The two walk up to each other and shake hands. "Oh, yeah. Hi. They told me you'd be coming."

"Word is you can find the cube." Steve says.

"Is that the only word on me?"

Steve smiles, "Only word I care about."

"It must be strange for you, all of this." Bruce points as they slowly walk.

"Well, this is actually kind of familiar."

"Gentlemen, you might want to step inside in a minute. It's gonna get a little hard to breath." I look aside as the Helicarrier starts to shake.

"Is this a submarine?" Steve walks closer to the edge.

"Really? They wanted me in a submerged, pressurized metal container?" They both stop as they see we were about to take flight. "Oh, no. This is much worse."

I bring the two inside and onto the bridge to meet with Nick, "Gentlemen." Steve gives Nick 10 bucks, I shake my head and walk over to see an agent pulling up a picture of Clint. I squat down to stare at it.

"So, uh... how long am I staying?" Banner asks.

"Once we get our hands on the Tesseract, you're in the clear."

"Where are you with that?" Banner asks.

Nick turns to Coulson, "We're sweeping every wirelessly accessible camera on the planet. Cellphones, laptops. If it's connected to a satellite, it's eyes and ears for us."

"That's still not gonna find them in time." I shake my head as I stand.

"You have to narrow the field. How many spectrometers do you have access to?"

"How many are there?" Nick asks.

"Call every lab you know, tell them to put the spectrometers on the roof and calibrate them for gamma rays. I'll rough out a tracking algorithm based on cluster recognition. At least we could rule out a few places. Do you have somewhere for me to work?" Banner asks.

"Agent Romanoff, would you show Dr. Banner to his laboratory, please."

I nod and walk past Banner, "You're gonna love it, Doc. We got all the toys."

A couple hours later we had a hit on Loki, I fly a Quinjet to take Steve to Germany. He leaps out once we see Loki outside.

I fly back around and prepare the weapons on this ship. "Loki, drop the weapon and stand down." I announce. He responds by trying to blast the Jet, luckily I maneuver out of the way. The other pilot and I watch as the two fight, "This guy's all over the place." I sigh.

Suddenly AC/DC's "Shoot to Thrill" overrides the Quinjets speakers. "Agent Romanoff, did you miss me?"

I smirk as I see Tony flying down to Steve and Loki. "Let's land." I say to the pilot.

Once we do, I open the ramp and toss Steve the cuffs, I then strap Loki to his seat and take off with Steve and Tony behind me.

I click a couple buttons to contact Nick, "We got him."

"Said anything?"

"Not a word." I sigh.

"Just get him here. We're low on time."

After a couple of minutes lightning nearly hits the Jet as thunder rumbles loudly. "Where's this coming from?" I lean forward to look outside.

"What's the matter? Scared of a little lightning?" Steve asks Loki.

"I'm not overly fond of what follows."

We all look up as there's a loud thud on the top of the Jet. I turn back as Tony opens the ramp. A man lands down and throws Tony into Steve, taking Loki and flying off. Tony stands and puts his helmet on. "Now there's that guy."

"Another Asgardian?" I ask.

"Think the guy's a friendly?"

"Doesn't matter. If he frees Loki or kills him, the Tesseract's lost." Tony turns and gets ready to jump off.

"Stark, we need a plan of attack!"

"I have a plan. Attack." He jumps off.

I shake my head as Steve puts a parachute on. "I'd sit this one out, Cap."

"I don't see how I can."

"These guys come from legends, they're basically gods." I nod.

"There's only one God, ma'am. And I'm pretty sure he doesn't dress like that." He leaps out.

"I work with idiots."
