Dream's POV
I raced out of the room, clutching my phone close to me.
"Sapnap! Get out here, George landed!" I shout.
My face hurts from smiling too much.
Sapnap swings his door open, "Wait really?" He asks, rubbing his eyes as if he just woke up.
I jog over towards him,
"Yes really, he just texted." I say, stuffing my phone in Sapnap's face.
*George*
"Look out your window"
"You might just see me waving as my plane lands. :)"
"Well I just got the message but it looks like he might have sent it a while ago and it just got through." I explain.
"So what, he's probably at baggage claim then?" Sapnap says, still unable to comprehend what I'm saying.
"And what does that mean Sapnap?" I say prompting him like a nursery school teacher.
He stands in silence. Looking at me as if I'm crazy.
Finally it clicks, his eyes widen.
"We have to leave now?!"
"YES, now get your shit together we have to go pick him up!" I shout, pulling his sleeve down the hall and into the living room.
"Well I'm dressed." He smiles, pointing at his big shirt and cargo pants.
He looks up at me, "And you're dressed too, I see no reason to wait, let's go!"
"Hold on, I'm not dressed" I say looking down at my clothes.
They look old and dirty.
George isn't going to find it nice.
He'll think that I'm one of those guys who live in their mom's basement, and realise that he's made the wrong decision.
He's going to want to go home.
"Dream I can literally feel you overthinking from here." He frowns.
"Well I need to change now," I mumble, tugging at the collar. I pace myself to the room, but Sapnap grabs my hand.
"Dude, seriously. You look fine."
"Do I really? What do you know?" I scoff.
"No need to take the piss out of me. I was just saying that you look good." He says defensively.
I look back at him.
"Sorry. But what if I don't impress him? And then he ends up leaving? I don't wanna make him uncomfortable." I say rubbing the back of my neck.
"Dream, calm down alright? You're okay. I'll beat his ass if he says anything mean." Sapnap says looking as serious as he can while saying those words.
I chuckle, "Are you sure?"
"Yes I am. Now let's go get him before he thinks we bailed on him."
