I couldn't stand being near Hiro. He has lost the two people he cared for most; Tadashi and Cass. I wanted to comfert him, but I thought I would just make it worse. If only I could be around you without hurting you. I'm so so sorry... I want to- My phone rang, breaking my train of thought. I picked up my phone and frowned. I can't face him... I sighed, sucking it up, answering the phone. "Hello?"
(HIRO POV)
I held back my tears, though it didn't work, tears streaming down my cheeks. "Me and -sniff- GoGo are -sniff- planning Class's funeral. Will you -sniff- come?" I heard a loud breath, then a few short, quiet ones, then responded. "Of course. Hiro..." "Yes?" "I'm so sorry..." "Its not your fault. Things happen.. just to the wrong people.." "I can come over and help, if you'd like?" My face turned red, my eyes no longer shedding tears. The thought of her sweet scent and her warm arms comferted me, then I realized I was silent for too long. "Yeah... Cass would like that." "I'm on my way."
(YOUR POV)
I hung up after the awkward goodbye, breathing deeply after I turned off my phone. I went down stairs, seeing my mom making lunch. She looked over her shoulder at me, blinking. "Where are you going?" "Hiro wants me to help plan. I might be there all night so please don't worry." She nodded, looking back at the lunch, signaling me to go. I left the house, walking for the cafe.
