Plot: A guy used to tease this girl, making her feel bad all the time. He started to fall for her so he teased her less and less, but the damage was done. He fell in love with her and stopped teasing her, but every one in school had already started picking on her like he had done.

Ideas: 

> He could go and tell her he loved her but was too late. She commited suicide and he would always remember her. Maybe he could devote his time to stop bullying like what had done.

>Maybe she is about to commit suicide but he reaches her in time to tell her he loves her and that he is sorry and will protect her and stuff. (She might have grown feelings for him. THis is possible for someone to fall for someone who treated them badly.)

> He could put her in the hospital for trying to get him to confess his feelings for her.

>He could stalk her
