A/n// I got carried away, sorry.

I slipped my aviators on my face, covering my blood red eyes. I pulled my white and red box out, and slipped out a white stick. I put the orange tip in my mouth, pulling out my lighter and burning the other end. I puffed until I felt the smoke enter my lungs before putting my lighter back in my pocket. I pulled the stick from my mouth and blew out the air that collected in my mouth and lungs. I faced the sky, and was able to blow a perfect circle.
It was dark out, around two in the morning. The moon was full, and large, standing proudly in the air. The only source of light I had were the streetlights.
I'm not like my kind. I should be scared of nearing fire since that's one of the ways for me to be properly killed. I shouldn't be able to inhale so much smoke and still be alive. With each cigarette, my lungs grow stronger, instead of weakening and shriveling up.
I placed the white stick back in my mouth, inhaled the toxic smoke, and blew it back out. I tapped off the end of the stick since it was already used. I needed to feed and this cigarette wasn't ideal. Sure it took my mind off of the burning passion to suck someone dry, but that was only for a small amount of time.
And before I knew it, the cigarette was done and used. I let it fall from my mouth and blew out the last amount of smoke in my mouth while stomping out the burning bud. Right in time, too, since I heard slurred giggles.
I turned to the right to see two girls stumbling around the sidewalk, their heels in their hands. They passed me, right as the wind picked up and I got a decent whiff of their scent.
I smirked and followed the two girls. I made sure to stay in the shadows, and stay hidden. One of the girls were tall, and she was the first to go home.
"You sure you don't wanna ride?" She frowned at her friend. "I'm fine! I only live a little more down that way." She pointed to the left of her. "Be careful, Y/n. There's creepers around her." Y/n's friend scrunched up her face. "I know. Bye!"
Y/n turned around and made her way down the sidewalk again. I followed her again. When we were safe distance from her friends house, I pushed her in between two buildings, and all the way to the back where a wooden fence stood. No one saw us, the shadows made sure of that.
"Get off of me." She said. "No can do, sweetheart." I smirked. "Hel-!" I tightly pressed my hand to her mouth. "Shut the fuck up, and I'll make this quick and painless."
I took off my aviators, revealing my glowing eyes. Y/n looked at me in horror. "What are you?" She whimpered. "I think that's pretty obvious."
Why is she still alive? Kill her!, the shadows screamed at me.
"P-Please! Let me go! I'll do anything, please."
Looks like she was sobering up.
"Sorry, sweetheart. You already know too much."
I shoved her head to the side, and forcefully shoved my now sharp teeth into her skin. I covered her mouth with one hand, and held her neck with the other. Her sweet blood rolled down my tongue. She was so sweet.
I feel a bit bad for doing this to her, honestly. She's so beautiful.
When I drank enough blood to quench my thirst, I took one last sip, before pulling away, and letting her slide down the building wall behind her. I felt her thick blood on my mouth, and on my shirt. Man, I'm such a sloppy eater.
