Chapter 12: The Good Flower?

I opened my eyes to darkness, where was I? Where was Papyrus and Sans, Gaster? No one.

Flowry - "Hehehe" I heard from behind me. I turned around to see that little flower from before.

Y/N - "Flowey?" I asked, confused as to how and why he was here.

Flowey - "Hello again Y/N, its lovely to see you still alive" Alive? What does he mean alive, why wouldn't I be alive?

Y/N - "Where am I? Where is everyone?" I questioned getting concerned.

Flowey - "All in good time Y/N. We need to have a little chat you and I" he grinned

Y/N - "What are you talking about? Where is Papayrus?!" I shouted

Flowey - "He's not here obviously. I am in your subconscious Y/N, I needed to chat with you. Your different, more different than any human that has ever come here before. Which means you have a purpose" he explained to me.

Y/N - "Purpose? What purpose could I have down here? Please I just want to get back to Papyrus" I exclaimed. I didn't want to be unconscious right now, who knows that could be happening with those three.

Flowey - "There is a darkness Y/N, a darkness that's coming for the underground. You need to get us out otherwise you little Skelton boyfriend will perish with everyone else !" What?! What was he talking about? Papyrus is going to die?!

Y/N - "How am I supposed to stop this said darkness?" How was I involve in this? "Also Papyrus isn't my boyfriend" I said quietly whilst blushing

Flowey - "Yeah yeah sure he ain't. You are the only human that I have met how has a clear soul (I know I probably put red somewhere at some point but let's just pretend I didn't)
And from my knowledge, you can break the barrier on your own"

Y/N - "Barrier, Flowey What are you talking about?"

Flowey - "There is a barrier that traps all monsters down here. It has been like this for a long while. But no matter what we try, we can't break through. Until you arrived"

Y/N - "And this darkness?"

Flowey - "Even I don't know what it is. But something is coming. It's going to kill us all if we don't get out. However I'm not sure if this darkness will follow us when we leave. To the overword I mean"

Y/N - "So we must destroy the darkness then"

Flowey - "Easier said than done Y/N but I guess it could work if you had some help. Look ill send you back, but you must find a way to stop this please. For all our sakes"

Y/N - "Okay ill try my best. Thank you Flowey"

Flowey - "Thank you Y/N oh and uh sorry for trying to kill you hehe"

Y/N - "Oh ill get you back for that don't worry haha"

Flowey - "Hehe your joking right?"

Y/N - "Just send me back Flowey"

Flowey- " See you soon Y/N"

I awoke with a splitting headache, I tried to speak but my voice wouldn't come out. I opened my eyes to see Papyrus sitting on the floor next to the couch, his head laying by my side. I tapped his skull.

Papyrus - "NYEH"

Y/N - "Pa-pap?" I tapped his skull again. A little harder this time.

Papyrus - "NY-NYEH? Y/N?....Y/N! YOUR AWAKE!" He squeezed me tightly"

Y/N - "O-ow"

Papyrus - " OH MY ASGORE I'M SO SORRY, ARE YOU OKAY? DO YOU NEED ANYTHING? MILK? COOKIES? A BLANKET?"

Y/N - I'm okay thank you Papy"

Papyrus - " PAPY? WELL THAT'S A NEW ONE. HMM I LIKE IT ! HOWEVER ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE OKAY?

Y/N - Yes Papy I'm fine, where is Gaster and Sans?"

Papyrus - "I TOLD THEM BOTH TO LEAVE TO GIVE YOU SOME SPACE. ALSO BECAUSE I WAS READY TO MURDER THEM BOTH !"

Y/N - I'm sorry about all that Pap, but if you think about it, Sans was just trying to protect you."

Papyrus - "I KNOW BUT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE HURT YOU LIKE THAT. YOU NEVER TAKE THINGS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS UNLESS YOU HAVE PROOF"

Y/N - "I know Pap. I'm also sorry about not telling you about going back In time. It was just so unreal I wasn't too sure it actually happened"

Papyrus - "IT'S ALRIGHT Y/N I KNOW YOUR INTENTIONS WERE GOOD. AS LONG AS YOU'RE OKAY, I DON'T CARE"

Y/N - "Thank you Papy"

I pulled him into a hug and he nuzzled his face into my neck. We stayed like that for a good while until the memory of my subconscious hit me.

Y/N - "PAP! You need to get Sans and Gaster here right now!"

Papyrus - "NYEH? WHY WHAT'S THE MATTER?"

Y/N - "It's better if I just explain it to all of you at the same time"

Papyrus - "AL-ALRIGHT ILL GET THEM HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"

Papyrus went to call both of them while I sat there. Was what happened with Flowey real? Is there such thing as the darkness he talked about. I really hope I can fix whatever is going on down here.

Le time skip

Gaster - "Y/N Papyrus sounded very worried on the phone is everything alright?"

Sans - "yeah we came as fast as we could what happened? and uh y/n, I wanna apologise-"

Y/N - "Sans I would love to accept you're apology but now is really not the time. Something happened to me again when I fell unconscious"

Gaster - "Again?"

Sans - "huh?"

Papyrus - "WHAT? ARE YOU OKAY?"

Y/N - " Yes I'm fine, well at least for now. However I'm afraid we might all be not fine soon." I go on to tell them all that happened with Flowey. Gaster's expression turned to one of worry. Sans's expression turned to one of anger and Papyrus's to one of confusion.

Sans - "that dammed flower!"

Y/N - "Sans you know him?"

Gaster - "I'm afraid we both do"

Papyrus - "I KNOW FLOWEY TOO"

Sans and Gaster's heads whip around to stare at Papyrus.

Sans - "what?!"

Gaster- "Papyrus son what do you mean you know him?"

Papyrus - "FLOWEY IS MY FRIEND. YOU KNOW SANS THE TALKING FLOWER I SPEAK TO ON MY WAY TO WORK?"

Sans - " i thought you were talking talking about the echo flowers"

Papyrus - "NO! SILLY THAT WOULD BE STUPID. I TALK TO FLOWEY ALMOST EVERYDAY. WHY DO YOU BOTH LOOK SO WORRIED"

Y/N - "Yeah guys even I'm a bit confused, I mean I know he tried to kill me when I first landed here but he warned me about this whole darkness thing so he can't be that bad right?

Sans - "what?!"

Papyrus - "WHAT?!

Gaster- "What?!

Guess who's back!! Hey guys I don't have an apology big enough seeing so its been years but I had a nostalgia moment and felt the need to continue this old story. And this time I'm not going anywhere and will probably start a few new ones too. I do hope all my old readers are still here somewhere holding on to this story because I'm officially back and this is my gift to you guys !
