Time skip: The next day
Kazuya's POV
Early in the morning, i walk to the school with the most nervous feeling in my entire life and i might getting an anxiety attack on this one. Because i just lost my career survey form that i promised shinobu i should write DJ as my career.
But my anxiety reducing since rinku told me that she left my book that she borrowed at school and she said a slip of paper was inside it. I hope and keep hoping that it was my survey form or else i'm doom for the rest of my life. What makes me more nervous is this is the last day to re-send my form.
I arrive first at school and quickly check my table. I found my book and that's a relief, but when i check each and every pages, i didn't found my survey form. My anxiety reach the limits and i can feel my chest is hurting. I am so scared right now and i need to speak with rinku ASAP.
"Ao-kun!! You arrived early" rinku greet me
"Rinku, are you sure that my form is in this book?" I ask
"I'm sure...because i saw a paper slip inside it" rinku nods
"Oh...man..."
"Is there something wrong?" Rinku ask
"You bet your arse it is....my form is not in this book!"
"Eh? I swear i saw it in that book"
"Listen rinku, i will not be attending your activity regarding a DJ for a while. I need to find my survey form"
"You skipping again?" Rinku ask with a pout
"Just for today...i need to find it quick because today is the last day for me to sent the form"
"Okay...but if you found it before after school, you can come to the practice room"
"Okay rinku, the sooner i found it, the sooner i'll be there"
Our conversation ends and the first bell for the day rings and that marks for our first period. During the class, i can't even focus on learning due to my anxiety rips me off because i lost my survey form. I need to find it during lunch break and fast.
Fast forward: Lunch time
I left early in search of my survey form and i need to track down my past visit to each places yesterday. I went from the bathroom until the cafeteria and non of them has made any progress. I walk through the hallway and i bump into peaky p-key who is on their way to have a lunch.
"Ao-chan! Let's have a lunch together" esora cling to my right arm
"Umm....not the time esora"
"Oh come on...i heard they got a limited edition of squid sandwich" yuka cling to my left arm
"Squid? Is called mugunghwa kkochi piotsseumnida sandwich?" I ask
"I think that it's name....." Yuka said with an awkward smile
I can see that shinobu is unpleased with how my harem approach me and i need to let it go for now.
"Sorry ladies, i have an urgent matters i need to do right now" i say
"Can it wait?" Esora pout
"No...i promise if i'm done with it i will head straight to both of you"
Esora and yuka release my arm and they understand my words. As i'm about to walk away, my homeroom sensei bump into me and the peakys and she look at me with a smile.
"Well well miyake-san....you finally turn up just in time" sensei said
"Sensei i'm sorry for the delay and i promise that i will send my survey if i found it" i try to be reason
"Found it, What are you talking about?" Sensei ask
"I lost my survey form sensei and i try to find where i lost it"
"Lost it? You already sent your survey form"
"Eh?" Shinobu and i said
"But...since when i" my words cut halfway
"I found your survey form on my table earlier this morning. It says you wanna become a footballer and also a baseball player!"
"What!?" I was confused
"You wanna keep a sports career in your life. That's good regarding your excellent in sports and also football club"
"But i didn't-"
"I wish you for your success career in this sports life. I must say it is a dangerous career, but! It's your choice. Carry on on what you're doing"
Sensei left me and i am speechless. Since when i wrote down my survey and sent it to sensei? I am dumbfounded on this misunderstanding and i realized that someone heard my conversation with sensei
"You promised...." I can hear a menacing words behind me
I turn around and i see shinobu didn't even look me in the eyes and she grip her fist like she's about to kill someone.
"Shinobu wait, we cannot have this discussion right now!" I loudly whisper to her.
Shinobu begin to punch me on a face and i fall on my back as i was surprised by her sudden attack. Esora and others are confused and shinobu stare at ne with an angry look.
"TO HELL WITH THAT!!!" Shinobu yell
"Shino now it's not the time to say that ir other wise people will-"
"I don't care! You promised me and i even give you an ultimatum to make you pick a DJ as your career, yet you didn't give a damn about it and didn't give a damn about me!!"
"Shino believe me that someone sabotage my survey form! I lost it since yesterday and i don't know who wrote that!"
"The only thing i know about you that you always lie to be reason with people!! And you never care about me!"
"Shino....please...believe me. I don't know about it!"
Another slap coming from shinobu and it landed hard on my face. Shinobu burst in tears as she landed her slap and she was to angry to speak.
"From this day on....i will give you my ultimatum"
"Wait shino, please don't. I am begging you i will do this right!"
"Too late for that....and our promised to got to kuripa, are destroyed.....by you"
"Please....i'm begging you" i bow to her shoes
"I'm breaking up with you....we're.....over"
The words stunned me and so does others. Esora and yuka was disbelief when they heard those words as they couldn't believe a person who was supposed to be Ex in a first place are having a secret relationship.
3rd Person POV
Shinobu grip her fists as she was mad at kazuya for breaking their promises. Kazuya who is kneeling on the ground looking at the floor are stunned by the sudden break up. Esora approach him with a worried look but shinobu quickly hold her hand.
"Leave him be...he was worthless SOB and no good lying beach" shinobu said.
She walk away while pulling esora and yuka with her. Both of kazuya's harem being pulled away from him while they try to reach him, but shinobu is one persistent girl and let him despair kneeling on the floor. Kazuya stand up and walk away slowly while someone watching him walking away with a worried look in her face.
Due to shinobu sudden break up, kazuya wander the school aimlessly and he walk out from the school, heading towards home. Tears falling down from his cheek and he starts to sob all the way home as he just lost a person he love the most.
