First Day

Jennie's POV

This is it!

This is my first day at the Architectural Firm, I decided to asked Alex to drive for me going here since I was so nervous.

This is my first time interacting at so many people

This is my first time working at an office

"Hi" as I approached the Information Desk at the lobby.

"Hi ma'am, how may I help you?" She smiled at me sweetly.

"Hi, I'm Jennie Kim. I'm looking at the architectural department" I smiled back at her.

"Miss Kim, Good morning, my name is Yeri" She extend her hand for a handshake "I was informed that this is your first day and was instructed to assist you at the 30th floor" She politely uttered then gave me an I.D "This is your temporary pass, Ms. Kim until they process your I.D" I just nodded and thanked her, She assisted me to follow her to the lift going at the 30th floor.

"Welcome to the Frinché's Architectural Firm, Ms. Kim" She warmly welcomed me.

"Thank you" That's all I can say, we heard the ding of the lift.

"Hi Wends" Yeri greeted the lady at the information desk at the 30th, The lady rolled her eyes at Yeri playfully.

"What brought you here?" She even arched her brows at Yeri.

"So grumpy" Yeri joked "By the way, Ms. Kim is already here" Yeri pointed at me, the lady stood immediately hearing my name.

"Ma'am, Good morning" She even bowed at me.

"Good morning, i'm here to see-" I started.

"Mr. Taylor Tan" She finished "We are informed your arrival, Ma'am. Let me assist you to his office, I'm Wendy by the way Ma'am" I said my thank you and goodbye to Yeri then followed Wendy.

Before we can enter the department we need to use our I.D's to tap it for the door to opened for us.

"Welcome to Frinché's Architectural firm, Ms.Kim" I just said my thanks to her, we stopped at one of the last room of the hallway, Wendy knocked softly before she peeked at the door.

"Mr. Tan, Ms. Kim already arrived" Wendy informed, I didn't hear anything but Wendy instructed me to go in so I just thanked her before I entered the room.

"Good morning, Mr. Tan" I greeted, he was busy reading some papers in his desk, he looked up to see me, he smiled I just noticed his reading glasses when he looked at me completely.

"Good morning, Ms. Kim, Welcome" He stood up and walked near me before he extend his hand for a handshake, I accepted his hand right away "i'm Taylor Tan, i'm currently the COO of the Frinché's Architectural Firm" I nodded at his introduction "Mr. Frinché gave me a heads up about you and to take care of you" He chuckled causing my cheeks to reddened "And ahm, you are still based at Paris Branch this was just your alternative" ahh "So if they summoned you at France you are free to go".

"I wasn't informed, I thought I would be taking up this branch" I honestly have no idea, He nodded understanding.

"You can talk to him for the details, for now. I'll give you to Nayeon to assist you to your office" Then he beep some number at his telephone, not long when we heard soft knocks on his office door.

"You need me, Sir?" A brunette entered his office with her bunny like smile.

"Nayeon, this is Ms. Jenni Kim, she was basically at Paris Branch but she's taking her alternative here, please show her, her office. And i'll entrust her with you from now on" Mr. Tan instructed, Nayeon nodded at him "If you have concerns about me Ms. Kim you are free to reach me anytime" He followed.
