After speaking to his dad, Renjun found out the police had three more schools to check before reaching Swanlake High School.

"You seem very eager for the police to check your school. Is there something wrong happening?" Zixin asked whilst facing his son.

"No," Renjun responded defensively. "I just want you to take a look. That's all."

Zixin's eyes narrowed as they inspected Renjun's eyes to see if he was hiding something. "Better get through the other schools so I can see Renjun's. There must be something happening for him to act like this."

He anticipated the day to come so they would take Mr Seo away. Every day, more people on the SHS app revealed that Mr Seo had made a move on them, and they were all constantly disturbed because of this.

The school halls were tense as most students shuffled along the sides and whispered with each other. The main reason for the hushed murmurs was because everyone knew Mr Seo was targeting Renjun. Most speculated he was the X person everyone discussed online but never said anything to him. Along with Jeno and Jaemin being the victims, the Chinese male was always the centre of unwanted gazes, comments and touches.

Some days, other students did see it occur, but they never said anything. The second anyone opened their mouth to defend someone, they knew they would become the next victim. Suddenly, loud, boisterous teenagers became quiet and conservative. For teachers, it may be good, but the students knew it was a bad sign. It meant something happened between them and Mr Seo.

Renjun dreaded to think of what might have happened to them.

"Those popular loud kids are quiet because Mr Seo did something bad to them." Renjun's stomach churned.

His eyes went wide upon realising something. "You don't think he tried anything with Yeji, do you? She's been quieter recently."

"Hm, not sure. She's over there, want to go talk to her?" offered Jeno as he nodded in the said female's direction.

As they approached her, they saw her flicking through papers with a frown. The eye bags under her eyes were evident. She looked exhausted but managed to pull a smile for them.

"Hey, you two! How are you?"

"Yeji, how can you still be cheerful despite looking like you haven't slept in weeks?" Renjun expressed worry in his voice.

Yeji chuckled before deciding to be a bit dramatic. "Are you indirectly telling me I'm ugly? Wow Renjun, I'm hurt."

"No no, you're really pretty and I didn't mean it in that way-"
