About powers:
Ok if someone unlocks there powers they have to be careful to not over use it when they first get it or they will suffer permanent damage

Tier 1 power read. By looking at someone in their eyes he can get a clear reading of their powers
Charlie:
Tier 1 morph: he can morph into anyone or anything but dosnt have those qualities
Foolish:
Tier 3 Sea God. Controls the sea and its creatures, can create storms and summon lightning, he can breathe underwater
Niki:
Tier 1 fish: she can breathe underwater slightly longer than normal people and swim faster
