After picking up, Manav. We went to eat with Manik & Manav was surprisingly happy about it

Manik look at us with small smile on his face

I just rolled my eyes at him

Manav blushed alittle before rubbing his cheeks making me hold back a laugh. “Really...? Or vo hume kab dekhne aa rhe hai”. He asked Manik as I looked at him waiting for his answer
“Bohot jaldi”. He said as his eyes moved to mine, I lowered my gaze not knowing what to say

I got into my house & Manav run to his room
“Mujhe lagta hai ab hume usse bol dena chahiye”. I said as I watched him disapper

“Nandini we can wait, tumhe koi zarort nhi hai...”. I cut him off
“I want to”. I said turning around. “He deserve to know,that ways tum dono ek dusre ko jan longe & hopefully he will know what an arrogant jerk u are”. I said clenching my teeth to keep my tears in
“Logo ko darana hai or amer banana hai”. He said How far is he from being smart & arrogant billionaire Lyk his father”. He smriked burying his hands in his pocket
“Tum ye samjhte ho ye sab mazak hai”. I asked angrily looking at him
“Mummy..?”. I heard Manav's tiny voice. “Are u mad at Manik..?”. He said making turn to him
“No baby pr hume tumhe kuch batana hai”. I said picking him up & we walked to the living room
I sat down with him on my lap his legs on each side of me. He looked at me & held my face with his little hands
“Are u mad Mummy..?”. He said as Manik sat down next to us
“No baby, pr aap happy honge aapke daddy se mil kr”. He said
“U are not mad at Manik anymore..?”. He asked. “Ye mere daddy hai ryt..?”
I gasped looking at him with wide eyes, as my mouth opened & closed. I was completely out of words

I looked at Manav then Manik who just had a smile on his face & proud
I shook my head & turned to Manav
“Manav tumhe.."
Aapne promise kiya tha aap kisi bhi men ko house m raat ko nhi aane donge, if he is not Cabir or my daddy or someone u will marry”. He said using his fingers to count, before looking at Manik
They just smile at eachother
“So hum aab daddy k ghar pr rhege”. He asked jumping into Manik's arms whose eyes widen as he call him Daddy. Manav hugged him as Manik wrapped his arms tightly around him & sighed in relief closing his eyes
I looked at the scene with filled eyes. I couldn't help myself, I wipe a tear that rolled down my cheek before looking at them again
He looked at me & mouthed. “Thank u”. I smile at the sight before me but I thought about his question
“Manav aapko kuch chiz samjhna hoga”. I said as he pulled away from the hug but stayed in Manik's arms. “We are not married anymore”. I said as Manik's jaw tightened. “To hum uske sath nhi rhenge”. Manav frowned as he looked B/w Manik & I
“Kyo..?” He asked as his eyes water, He quickly wiped it away & got off Manik's laps
“Hey, don't worry. Things will be better soon”. Manik said softly messing with Manik's hair. Manik looked at him hopefully
“U promise..?” He asked
“I promise”. Manik said smiling as Manik hugged him
I looked at Manik with furrowed eyebrows. How can he promise something lyk that..?
“Baby its ur bed tym. Go to ur room & wait for me. I'll be there soon”. I said as he nodded
He turned to Manik. “Are u going to come tomorrow..?”
“Yes”. He smiled kissing Manav's forhead. “I'll see u tomorrow”
“Yay..!!”. He exclaimed before running toward the stairs
I stood up & waited until I was sure He was all the way go before turning to Manik
“Tum usse kaise promise kr skte ho aise chiz”. I asked glaring at him
“Becoz I plan on keeping that promise”. He said leaned back & looking up at me with a smile
“U're talking lyk it only depend on u”. I said rolling mt eyes
“Its depend on u. I am going to win u back”. He said looking straight into my eyes
