He gulped. “I'm accountant, sir”

Manik grab my waist & walk away without waiting for his response
“Do u need to be such an ass?”. I ask as we walk into the elevator
“He need to know his place”. He shrugged
“U didn't have to talk to him lyk that He was being nice”. I hissed glaring at him. “U're unbelievable u made him feel bad”
He narrow his eyes at me. “I seriously don't want to talk aboit him & I don't regret anything”
I roll my eyes & walk out as the elevator door open, we silently made our way to the parking lot & I got into the car as soon as he unlock it
I couldn't help but feel bad for Ritvik I'm sure he was embarassed becoz of the other workers looking at the scene
& my ass of a husband had to make him feel even worst
“Are u seriously gonna be mad at me becoz of that guy”. Manik ask pull out of the parking
I didn't answer & kept looking out of the window
“Nandu”. He call taking my hand in his I tried to pull it out but he just held it tighter. “I'm not having this u're not going to be mad at me becoz of that”
I still didn't answer, he sigh before release my hand & placing his on my thigh, I tense & slap his hand but he didn't move I digged my nails in it but he didn't even flinch
I huffed in annoyance & decide to ignore him when I stop trying he start rising his hands higher going under my dress
“Manik stop it”. I snapped but he didn't even look at me as he leaned back on his seat with his other hand on the steering wheel
He tried moving further away but his hand tightened on my thigh his move further up & rest on my core making me clenched my teeth letting out a breath

Manik walk through the heavy doors follow by his father
He stop as their eyes landed on the man in the orange uniform the man look up quickly
Kevin couldn't believe that his brother & father would come & visit he look at them as his eyes widen alittle
“Kevin”. Manik nodded at his brother. “How are u?”. He ask
“I.. I'm good”. He answer shortly look down
His heart pounded against his chest as his eyes moved to his father's cold one
“Dad”. He greeted him lowly
“Kevin”. Raj said coldly
“I.. I didn't think u would come to visit me”. He said quietly
“U maybe a dumbass but u still have my last name”. Raj snapped look at him hardly
“I'm sorry”. He said as his fists start shaking. “I regret everything I've done I regret so much”. He said shamefully looking down
“Do u really”. Raj snapped
“Yes”. He nodded his voice cracking. “I'm so sorry I was ungrateful & selfish I know what I did was very wrong”. He said his voice growing weaker. “I killed ur child, Manik I'm sorry”. He said as silent tears start coming out of his eyes. “I hurt Nandini & I destroyed ur lives I hurt u, I know I broken ur trust I betrayed u”. He said
He look down again not knowing how to look at them in the eyes
“I don't want u guys to hate me u're all I have”. He said as a sob escape his lips. “Plz don't hate me plz”. He said pleadingly breaking down infront of them
He sank to his knees holding the table as his tears fall on his face
“I'm so sorry”. He cried. “I'm sorry”. He kept repeating
He tense alittle as he felt a hand on his shoulder he look up to see his big brother looking down at him
“Stand up”. He said quietly holding his arm
Kevin slowly rose from his feet still look down
“Nobody hates u we all miss u”. He said & Kevin tense up even more. “I'm not gonna lie I'm mad I hate u I could have even let u die here without caring a few ago & mom is still disappoint & sad but she prays for u very night”. He explain
Kevin shook his head. “I'm sorry plz forgive me”. He said looking up at his brother. “Plz forgive plz”
“He is ur brother & if he regret what he did, things can be arrange B/w 2 of u”. Manik thought about his wife's words
He sure as hell wasn't as forgiving as her but this was still his brother & no matter what, nothing will change that they were brother
“I forgive u”. He sigh. “What u did was stupid but I prefer javing a stupid brother than no brother at all”. He finish
Kevin start crying again as his brother pull him into a hug this feel lyk their young age when Kevin would get hurt & cry & having a brother always behind him always ready to defend him & support him
He felt another hand on his back as he pull away looking behind to face his father
“Next tym u do some shit lyk that I'm gonna personally beat the shit out of u”. Raj said placing his hand firmly on his shoulder
Kevin pook down not knowing what to say
“Come here”. Raj sigh pull his son in his arms. “Ramesh is going to defend u during the trial ur current lawyer is the biggest dumbass I've ever meet”
