“Ye bohot acha hai”. Mukti said excitedly as Neyonika shook her head
“Tum church m shadi krogi or ye dress bohot short hai”. She said
“Pr tum isse reception m pahen sakti ho”. I suggest & she nodded
“Haa mujhe bhi lagta hai”. She sighed as Neyonika roll her eyes. “To fir m vo dress tumhe phele dekhye thi ceremony k liye”. She said & I nodded
“Alright”. I said taking notes. “I'll take care of everything myself”. I said & she smile big
“Thank u”. She said. “Isme bohot maza ayega”. She added standing up making me laugh.“ Pr mujhe aapne fiance se milne jana hai so m tumse baad m milte hu”. She said pulling me into a hug. “Thanks again”. She whispered & I nodded
“I'll go too, pr hum tumhe or Manav ko miss krnge. Raj Manav ko bohot miss krnge, kaise rhega agr tum kal aa jao to”. Neyonika asked slowly. I hesitated then nodded slowly
“Alright”
“Great”. She hugged me. “To fir hum kal milte hai”. I nodded smiling
I sighed & look at the time. Time to go pick Manav
“Rohan”. I called. “M ja rhe hu vo document mujhe send krna mat bhul na jiske bare m mene bola tha”. I said
“Yes ma'am”. He nodded as I walk out

“Kya daddy aa rhe hai..?”. Manav asked walking in the living room
“Nhi baby”. I answer putting my computer in the low table
“Kyu..?”. He pout climbing on the couch & sitting in my lap. “Bohot tym ho gya hai daddy milne he nhi aye”
“Next week he to aye thy or tumhe pata haina daddy travel kr rhe hai”. I smile wrapping my arms around him. “Aap unhe miss kr rhe ho..?”. I asked & he nodded. “Pr vo tumhe roz to call krte hai”. I chuckled
“Pr unhone aaj call nhi kiya m kr lu”. He asked
I chuckled taking my phone. I dial the no. & gave it to him when it start ringing he put on his ear & wait
“Daddy..?”. He said making me smile
“Haa ”. He said smiling
“Aacha hu”. He said as I could hear Manik's voice on the other line but I didn't know what he was saying. I continued looking at Manav as they continue talking for mins. “Haa vo yahi hai”. He suddenly said looking at me. “Aapko unse baat krne hai..?”. He asked then hand me the phone. I shook my head & he put it back on his ear
“Tumhe laga hai mummy aapse gussa hai”. He said on the phone making my eyes widen what the hell..? “Mumma ko aapse bat nhi krne”. He said then chuckled when Manik said something else. “Ok”. He nodded. “Love u too”. He said then hung up
“Daddy bol rhe thy vo ayenge to aapko vo punishment denge”. He chuckled making my eyes widen
I shook my head. “Tumhe movie dekhne hai kya..?”. I asked & he nodded
“I'll pick one”. He said jumping out of the couch
“Samal kr”. I said standing up. “Tumhe popcorn chahiye..?”. I asked walking out of the living room

I look at Manav to see him fast asleep during the movie. I smile & went to pick him up when I heard the doorbell ring. I frowned & layed him on the couch before walking to the door
I open it & my heart stop when I look at the person infront of me
“Mom”. I said cautiously. I can't believe it
“Nandini”. She said in a whisper. “Oh my god”. She said looking at me with wide eyes. Her eyes watering, so were mine
“Mom”. I repeated & straightened up. “I-”. I stop, honestly not knowing what to say
“M- M yaha tumhe dekhne aye hu”. She said slowly. “K..kya m andr aa sakti hu”. She asked carefully
I look at her for a moment before nodding
She walk in & I close the door behind me
I asked her to follow me & she did. We walked in the living room & she gasped when she saw Manav sleeping on couch
“K-kya ye tumhara beta hai”. She asked tear dropping from her eyes
“Haa”. I said softly wipping mine. “M isse room m sulane he ja rhe thi itne m aap aa gye”. I said walking up to him. I picked him up
“M aati hu”. I said & walked out of the living room
I walked in Manav's bedroom & put him in bed & left his room slowly
Why is she back now? What about her husband? Why now? How did she know where I live?
I walk in the living room to find her still standing there
“Beth jye na”. I said & she nodded sitting on the couch. “A-aapko kuch chahiye pine k liye”. I asked & she shook her head
“Nhi thank u”. She said softly as I took seat. She look at me for a moment wipping her tears. I lowered my gaze looking at carpet. “Honey”. She said & my eyes watered again. “Baby I am sorry”. She said taking my hand in her. “M tumhe is ghar m uske sath nhi rhene dungi”. She cried. Mujhe tumhe bjana tha, nhi to m tumhe jane ko nhi bolti mera bharosa kro. Tum mere zindagi ho”. She said & I look at her. “Tum soch nhi sakti vo kya krta agr tum mere sath rhti”. She cried even more. “Kuch chiz tum samjh chuki ho or kuch chize tumhe samjhne ki zarurt hai, tumhe kuch chiz nhi pata ye sab krta mere majburi thi”
I didn't even realise I was crying by now
“Vo kya kr skta hai tum ye soch bhi nhi sakti”. She cried taking my other hand. “M tumhe yaha nhi rhne dungi nhi”. She shook her head crying. “Tum mera sab kuch ho phele to m kuch nhi kr pye pr mene kuch paise bcha kr rkte hai, m der he dekh rhe thi tum kab aapne shop kholo or m ye paise Mr James ko hu”. She said & my eyes widen. “Haa jisne tumhari help ki vo tumjare dad ke purane frnd hai. Yahi chiz hai jo mene kre hai”. She said wipping my tears
“Muje pata hai tum ache hatho thi Cabir or Navya ke sath mujhe bhi tumhare sath rhna tha pr m nhi rhe pye ye bat tum ek din samjho gi”
I look at her crying
“Honey, mujhe nhi pata m tumhe agle bar kab dekhungi I am sorry”. She said. “I am so sorry”
I wrap my arms around her “mene aapko maf kiya”. I whispered as she tightened her hold around me
“Mera bacha”. She cried she pull away slowly & wipped my tears again. “Kisi ko mat bolna k tumne mujhe dekha”. She said seriously wipping my tears. “Manik ko bhi nhi”. She said standing up
I look at her confused. “Pr kyu..? Or kab m aapko aglye bar dekhungi”. I asked standing up to
“Mujhe bhi nhi pata bacha”. She cried. “Promise me tum diyan rkhogi aapna”. She said hugging me. “Or kisi ko mat bolnatumne mujhe dekha”. She said. “ I promise tumhe jaldi milungi”. She said cupping my cheek & kiss my forehead. “I love u”. She said & walked out of the living room. I stood there frozen & I heard the front door open & close
