I stared at myself in the mirror straightening the beige dress I was wear
Tonight Neyonika, Manik's mother invite us for dinner with the other family member, so they could meet Manav
I was about to say no, until I realize that its wasn't about me
Neyonika Maa has always been soo good to me, want anyways. She kept defending me when Manik kick me out. She was defending me along with Mukti, Manik's sister
I just couldn't keep talking to them. I don't know why. So I stop taking their calls & change my no. Now I will have to see them tonight & I don't know what I will say to them
Its been 3days since we told Manav the truth. Manik came twice & call him everyday
Manav seem soo happy.. Really happy
“Mummy..!”. Manav yelled for nth tym
& impatient
I sighed grabbing my purse & walk out to see him. For once he wore what I choose for him. Black jeans & a grey button up shirt. I smile at him as he ran up to me & took my hand
“Mummy..! Dadi mujhe pyar kre ge..?”. He asked while we walk to the car & I smile at him
I help him in the car
“Kyo nhi.. Vo aapse milne k liye bohot excite hai.. Or ho bhi kyu na.. Aap ho he itni cute”. I said hugging him before helping him fasten his seatbelt

As soon as I parked my car infront of Neyonika Maa's house, I looked back at Manav who looked at the house for a moment before looking at
“Yaha pr hai”. He asked as I unfastened my seatbelt
“Haa”. I said getting out from car & walking to his side
Once I helped him out, I took Manav's hand in mine & we walked to the front door & knocked. Manav immediately went to hide behind my legs
Oh wow..! So my son does get nervous after all
The door opened to a smiling Neyonika
“Nandini”. She gasped & pulled me into a bone crushing hug. I smile lightly & hug back. “Honey I missed u soo much”. She pulled away as I could see tears drop from my eyes. “I am sorry humne tumhe dhune ke bohot koshish k”
“Its nice to see u too”. I smile giving her hand a light squeeze
“Aap or bhi beautiful ho gye hai.. How have u been doing..?”. She said wiping her tears
“Great.. Thank u”. I said smiling as I felt Manav's grip on my leg tighten
Neyonika Maa eyes moved toward him & her smile widened
“Tu Manav ho na”. She said smiling as Manav nodded shyly holding my dress tighter
“I am Neyonika Malhotra.. Ur Dadi”. She said & her voice shook alittle as she was about to cry
She looked at me before going down to his level
“Kya mujhe hug mil skta hai..?”. She asked sweetly. Manav looked at me. When I nodded he smile shyly & walk slowly into her arms as she picked him up & hugged him tightly. “I have a grandson”. She sighed “my 1st & only one”. She pulled away & kiss his cheek
“Kitne handsome ho tum”
She sniffed alittle & gasped “hey bhagwan.. Mujhe dekho m tum logo se gate pr he baat kra chalu ho gye.. Chalo aandr aao”. She said excitedly as she started walking with Manav in her arms
