"Wilby wake up! I'm bored!"  A boy with strawberry blonde locks whined lowly as to not awake others in the small cottage house. "Theseus get to bed. The moon is still out." The brunette boy grumbled huddling into the sheets more. Theseus frowned in displeasure. His seven year old heart desired attention. And he desired it at once. "But Wilby! Dad's asleep! We could have a lil' adventure in the garden again! It will be fun! we could also catch that fish you sooooo desperately love! The orange one that lies in the lake!" Theseus teased attempting to pull his little feet up and onto the comfortable bed. "We can keep her here where you can treasure her! We'll have all sorts of adventures!" Theseus whispered excitedly as he tore off the brown sheets that covered the brunette's head causing of a him to turn and lock eyes with Theseus's bright ocean orals. "Please William."  Theseus pleaded.

William turned his gaze to the window where the moon hid behind spruce trees, he than looked back to the fluffy blonde haired boy. "Alright but hurry up and change. And hush your mouth about it! Techno is sleeping in the room across from ours. He will tell of our absence" William whispered getting out of his bed as Theseus smiles wildly. "Alright bossman! I'll be quick!" Theseus promised sneaking to his own bed and looking for an appropriate outside outfit within his burrow of clothes. He was sure to get scolded from their father upon sun break.

No more than five minutes later, Theseus was dressed in a brown long sleeved sweatshirt and blue jeans under a black hooded cloak. William was dressed in a black turtle neck and black jeans, he ripped while training with Theseus the previous morning, all underneath a matching black cloak. "You mustn't make a sound or we are sure to be caught." William warned taking Theseus's smaller hand into his own. William slowly opened the wooden door. The long hall that connected to four other rooms seemed even longer than normal all to William's perception. The boys slowly tiptoed passed Techno's room, down the stairs and out the door to freedom giggling as they wandered into the woods. "We did it Wilby! I held your lil hand and lead us to victory!" Theseus cheered even though they were two years apart in age.

Theseus and William were more like twins. They ate together, They brushed their teeth together, they annoyed their older brother together, they even trained together though William always won. Theseus would get close on occasions. " Okay, now we need to get a bucket from the garden to carry sally." William said looking at the seven year old. "Ugh, do I have to squeeze through the fence again?" Theseus groaned. "Your the only one small enough! Besides, don't you want to continue our adventure? It would be a shame if it simply ended here." William responded. "Your right! I'll do it!" Theseus smiled, grabbing William's hand so he could lead him behind their little cottage home.

They reached  the fence that hid the tool shed and Theseus slipped right through the fence like a snake. He shouted back in victory that he had retrieved the metal bucket which he carelessly threw over the fence, luckily William caught it. The boy wiggled back out with now blonde locks filled with dirt and twigs along with mud that was covering his body thanks to the rain of the prior day. "Your all dirty, Theseus!" William whispers aggressively. "It'll be alright Wilby! Dad won't even notice!" Theseus giggled. William just rolls his eyes and plunged onto the floor, rolling in the wet earth. "There now we are both dirty crime boys." William smiled. Theseus smiled back taking his brother's hand.

They made it to the bob wired gate. The entry to the garden. "Are we gonna climb it?" Theseus query. "Yup! Would you like a hand up?" William asked as he looped the bucket through his arm. "No! I'm big! I can do it!" Theseus said crossing his arm. He hated when his family would ask if he needed help just because of his size and age. He was as capable as anyone, if not more! "Alright." William chuckled climbing over the gate with ease. "Hey! Wait for me!" Theseus gasped following his older brother perfectly. The two were really like mystery twins.

Once on the other side, a clear stone path made way through two bright green bushes. They continued walking. They passed poppies, roses, lilies, carnations and sunflowers along with berry bushes and herbs, to which Theseus snagged a hand full of. Finally under the gaze of the, now falling, moon stood a stream. The duo rushed over and examined the pond. "Look Theseus! It's Sally!" William beamed as an orange fish with fiery red scales swam around gracefully. "We must move quick before sunrise!" William gasped un looping his arm from the bucket and scooped up the fish.

"Look at her Theseus. How unique. Perfect. We saved her from the hands of some nasty no good hunters! They would surely have found the garden and stolen her away for some fish meal served for suffer!" William voiced. Theseus tilted his head slightly. "That makes us heroes, right Wilby?" Smiling, William nodded his head. "Indeed it does my little flower." Theseus puffed up his chest, head high. "Now that I'm a hero, I'll kick those hunters that keep trying to take our dad away!" He roared confidently. William laughed lightly taking his brother's hand. "Maybe when your older. Just not now."

Victoriously the two head back discussing silly myths about the land they rested on and Rare powerful beings that roamed the earth. Their father being one of them. Avians, which was the breed their father was from, were some of the rarest beings due to their wings and power. Avians all have different abilities within their body. But two single traits that connected them with their breed and family. The mark of little dark dots creating wings in a constellation format on the side of their stomachs shows the breed their apart of and a matching beauty mark on a location on their body shows the family they are from. Their father's mark, the one he and Theseus both shared, was located on their lower shoulder. His wings had the ability to hide themselves and the feathers, when unhitched from the wings, had sharp ends that carried poisons. Nothing life threatening. He also had the ability to shape-shift into a crow as many Avians can shape-shift into the bird shown by their wings. It was a favorable power against predators. Especially greedy humans.

The sun had already risen as the boys journey came to a conclusion. "Where in the house will Sally live, William?" Theseus asked looking into Sally's bright unusual pink eyes. "She can live in the big fish tank in our room! With the other fishes." He explained to the younger. Theseus giggled at the thoughts of the conversations Sally will have with the other fishes. The small boy looked up at the cottage home that came into view before stopping. "Uh oh...." Theseus mumbled. Waiting on the front of the house was a shoulder length blonde haired man with fair skin, sky blue eyes and large black wings. Philza. Their father.
"I thought we were so sneaky this time!" Theseus whined. Clearly they had made the simple mistake as too get there after the sun has past risen from its slumber. The sun knew they were in trouble. The trees and animals knew they were in trouble. They knew they were in trouble. The boys approached their father, hanging their heads in shame. They had been caught.

William was the first to speak up. "Dad we jus-"

"Inside." Philza cut off, sternly.
