A PIE Tale

Killing?

"Hey Jess." I say grabbing her attention. "Yeah?" She asks. "I just realized that you are kinda like Sally Acachalla sometimes," I say. This time her head looks towards me," One, I love Poptarts and I become a devil if i can't have them. Two, I acted like a little girl because of that potion!"

She went back to watching the TV and I laughed. I feel so tired. Me, Ghost, and Jess were awake since 3 in the morning. "I'm going for a walk," I say to Toast. "Can I come?" He asks. "Yeah come on," I say with my knife in my pocket. We walk out the front door.

It's still early, maybe 11. And there is hardly anyone outside today. We walk down the street to the market. I grab us all donuts. We walk back and there are three guys I front of us. "Hey what up?" One of them say. "Sorry we really can't stay and chat," Toast says.

I go to walk by them but one blocks me. "Why? What the rush?" He asks walking forward towards us. "Move," I say. "I would move if I were you," Toast also says. The guy doesn't move," I said move." He looks at me thinking I won't do anything. I hand the donuts to Toast.

"Last chance," I say. If anything to two guys Atari walking towards me. One puts his hand on my shoulder. I knock his hand of and punch him in the face. The other guys goes to hit me but I pull out my knife. "Back away," I say. Why the heck won't these guys follow a warning!

I kick one on the stomach and the first guy stands up and runs toward me. I take my knife and cut his arm pretty bad. The guy blocking me starts running with the rest of them. They obviously made up there mind. I walk back and take the bag form Toast's arms who is shocked.

"Hey I warned them," I say putting my hands up in surrender. He laughs," I was scared you were going to kill them." I look at him and say," The thought lingered in my mind." He looks at me with wide eyes and I laughed," I'm just kidding. Now come on!" I say. I pretty sure I bruised my knuckles because they kinda hurt.

When we get back to HQ I open the door. Jess was asleep on Ghost's shoulder and I laugh. He looks at us and waves. "Want one?" I say handing him a donut. He yawned and shook his head. I guess we are all tired. "What time did you guys wake up?" Toast asks grabbing a donut. "3 in the morning," I say.

"You didn't have to do that," he says laughing. I nod, " We know but why not?" I eat a donut and walk upstairs and into my room. I go onto my laptop and on Minecraft. The whole world I made up blocks. "CREEPER!" I yell as a creeper blows up next to me.

I continue making a huge house. 5 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and dinning room, a game room, a storage room, a furnace room, and a crafting room. I have a stable fore my horses too. Out side of my house I have a pool. After a half and hour of gaming I get off.

I walk downstairs and make myself a cup of coffee because I wanna stay awake. Ghost finally fell asleep and Toast is sitting down at the table. I sit across from him, he looks up. "Happy Birthday! Can't believe one of my Best Friends are turned 26." I say. He laughs," Your turning 25 in April." I nod," Jess is turning 23 in March and Ghost is turning also 23 in August."

Wait a sec. "What day is Ghost's Birthday?" I ask standing up and walking to the calendar. "August 31 why?" He asks. "The next day is September 1st. The day of the battle," I say. "Right," he says standing up. He also looks at the calendar. "So are they thinking that his birthday will be last day of his life?" I ask. "No he will survive, we all will." He says.

I nod walk back to see Jess and Ghost are awake. They are just staring at each other. I tap Toast shoulder and point to them. I chuckles and I snicker. I walk over and they still haven't notice me. I say laughing," The most intense staring contest of the year!" They still don't notice. I laugh and stick my hand between their stare.

They both look at me. "Yay my partners are back on earth!" I say jumping. They blush and then they awkward laugh. Now me and Toast fall to the ground laughing. I can hardly breath! I come down and stand back up. "Why were you staring at each other?" I ask making them both blush. "I was lost in thought," Jess says, her hands up in surrender. "We both were," Ghost says laughing.

"Uh-huh sure," I say suspiciously. They laugh at that. "Marisbel you know better than any that we are friends!" Jess says. "Yeah. People keep saying...." Ghost cuts me off," I know what they say! But it is aggravating!" I laugh and grab a donut and give it to Jess.
