A PIE Tale

Getting my Bike

They have been down there for an hour. I'm not one for blood rarely, mostly I'm ok. I haven't ate breakfast and I am hungry. I go walk to my closet and open it with a creek.
I pick out a black sweater and jeans. I get these black heel boots and put my hair in a ponytail. I look in the mirror, cute. I've had these boots forever and I know how to run and jump in them without twisting my ankle.
I can hardly stand being in HQ before I open my window. There is a tree right outside my window too. It's climb able. I step onto a branch carefully, I don't look down because I'm afraid of heights.
I slowly make my way down. I have my dagger and phone in my back pocket just incase. She I finally hit the ground it isn't to bad. I wrote a note they will hopefully read. All I said is I needed fresh air. And I'll be back soon.
The ground is dry and it's pretty chilly. I ignore it though. I walk down the side walk to the market. It's busy and I grab myself a doughnut. I just walk until I have a flash back. It was before I met Ghost or Toast or Marisbel. It was when I was completely alone.
Well almost... I had one friend, his name was AJ. We were pretty good friends, but we haven't talked since PIE. The memory was when I had my motorcycle. I let him watch it for me when I went to Maddie Friends last year. I stop in my tracks and pick up my phone.
I scroll through my contacts till I see his name, I hit call. "Hello!" I here his voice on the other end. "Hey AJ it's Jess!" I say perky. "Hey! I haven't heard from you in a while. What's going on?" He asks. "Nothing really," I reply. "And Trix?" He asks.
"Like always, except my ring broke so more annoying," I say looking down. "Oh I'm so sorry!" He says trying to cheer me up. "Yeah, anyway is there any chance you still have my bike?" I ask. I hear him laugh in the background and says,
" Yes , that chance seems pretty good!" I laugh too," Can I stop by and pick it up?" He hardly thinks," Yeah! Of course! How about in an hour!" He says trying to convince me. "Yeah ok I'll stop by," I say. He hangs up.
I don't know why but I just felt like seeing my Motorcycle. Maybe I can teach Marisbel, if see doesn't already know. I start walking down the street. I don't know why I haven't visited him, he's pretty close. It isn't to long till I reach it. I know on the door.
He opens it and scoops me in a hug. "OMG!!!! Jess!" He says not letting go. "Yeah, haha." I say pulling away. "So what have you been doing since you left?" He asks curious. "Oh I'm a Paranormal Investigator. I work with Marisbel Grace, Johnny Ghost and Johnny Toast," I say briefly.
"Wait! Johnny Ghost and Toast?" He asks. "Yeah why?" I say. "I've heard of them getting two new partners! I didn't realize it was you!" He says. I nod," I'm sorry o don't have that much time. I snuck out of HQ and they are probably worried," I say guilty.
He nods and gestures me to follow him to the garage. When I step through the door it's right three in the center of the garage. Just the way I left it. "It's all fueled up and ready!" He says handing me my helmet. "Thanks, I better get going," I say.
"Ok, but promise you'll visit." He says. "Yeah I will," I say smiling at him. I put my helmet on and hopped on my bike. The engine roared to life as I mad it start. The garage door opened as I waved to AJ. He wave back and I zoomed out of this house.
It was nice to have my motorcycle back. I rode down the rode and back to HQ. When I got there. Marisbel ran out of the house and hugged me. "OMG!!!! Where were you and how did you get this?!" She asked a lot of questions. "This was mine before I met you," I say pulling off the helmet.
"And I went to see a old friend," I say smiling. She looks at my bike," Wow this is sweet!" "Thanks, wanna try it?" I ask. "YESS!"she squeals and hops on the bike with the helmet on. "Do you know how to drive this?" I ask. "Not yet!" She says as her eyes turn white.
They stopped a second later and she said," Now I do!" I giggled and said," Then Go!!" She started the engine and was riding down the block. I laughed at how good she was. I walk back inside. Ghost is on the couch grabbing his head. I new I should have came inside first!
I rush over to him," Ghost you'll be fine ok it's me!" He looks at me at his eyes narrow. He breathes heavily, but it starts to decrease. Marisbel walks in holding the helmet. "That was so cool!" She says placing it on the table. She looks at Ghost and panics.
He shakes his head and screams. Casket escapes and takes over. He laugh and stares at me with his blood red eyes. I grab my dagger from my back pocket the same time he grabs his knife. Trix is screaming at me.
LET ME OUT SO I CAN DEAL WITH HIM!
I can barley hold it.
NOOOOOOWWWW!
That's when I fall asleep.
