A PIE Tale

White Eyes

Toast pulls up in the Van. Ghost carries Jess out while I grab her crutches, she hasn't waken yet. Jess is put in the back seats but the van is only big enough for 3 people.
I sigh and say," I'll walk. I need to think." Ghost nods and jumps and I hand him her crutches. They drive off and I'm left in the dark. I start walking when something catches my eye. It's a teenager with white eyes like mine. He is hiding behind stuff.
"Thomas?" I ask looking at him. His head snaps up and looks at me. I change my eyes to match his and crouch so he sees me. "Marisbel!" He says running over. I stand up and nod.
"What are you doing here you know that I'll come visit!" I say grabbing his arms. His head is tilted forward. "I was sent to give you information..." He says. "Then tell me!" I shout at him. He shushes me." OK but make sure the humans don't catch us!" He says looking around.
"The War started," he says. My eyes widen and say," What?!" He shushes me again and says," They are trying to push us out! They take over our land in no time." I state," IM NOT COMING BACK TO FIGHT!" He informs me," That is not why I came..."
"Then why?" I ask. "Your mother has passed, I've come here to ask how she may be berried." I make a insulted face. "That self-centered, selfish, snuck up woman deserves to be. And she'll be berried like she always requested. Burned and then her ashes put into a box. She'll be berried under a full moon with a flower planted over her."
He looks hurt but nods. "That's all I needed." I nod," Good. I need to go." I say. He nods and start running a direction. I turn my eyes back to normal. I shall not go back there until it's over. Not the war.
I walk back to the HQ and I can barely see. I don't even notice I'm back until I open the door. I looked up shocked but shake it off. Toast is on the couch. He looks up and smiles at me. "How was thinking Miss Grace?" He asks. I wonder why we call each other so many things.
"Good. Where is Jess and Ghost?" I ask noticing it's quiet. "Jess is upstairs asleep, Ghost also went to sleep." I nod and walk to the kitchen grabbing myself and apple. "I'm heading to the Enchainment room." I say walking in. In hear everything is a shade off people, even the light.
It reminds me off my old home. We have a huge bookshelf in the back. And the two little desks with chests near them. Mine is hid under lock and key, also another reason they are noticing stuff. I grab my key and open the chest. Inside fills many elements
I go towards the bottom. I pull out the Photo. I haven't been doing any of this since I got back from the UnderWorld. I smile seeing me with my white eyes and friends. I laugh and go through the rest. I have even collected some elements from the 13 dimension.
Ever since I got back, I have this feeling. That I should tell them, go back, stop pretending. Not pretending, lying. I have gone back a few times, I was caught once by Toast though. Well it's just I haven't thought of these stuff in years. I guess it's a normal thing people do, if I'm considered a person.
I grab my potion book and just go through it. I see this one that may help, it's a potion that it makes you have no nightmares. I look closer, it lasts one night. Before I know it Im making my potion. Just to try it, why not. I make two miniature bottles.
I put the caps on them and all you do is rub the potion on your skin? Yeah I think so. I clean up and head upstairs. I walk passed Jess's and Ghost's rooms. Jess is asleep but Ghost is awake. I knock on the door frame. "Yeah?" He asks sitting up.
I walking and say," I just wanna say I have this potion I made and I want to know if you'll try it? I'm gonna!" I hold up the miniature bottle. "What's it do?" He asks. "No nightmares," I say. "Okay, considering I usually do." He says. "Just put it on like lotion and that it," I say throwing him the bottle. He catches and and smiles. I walk out and head to my room. Toast is also asleep. I guess it is really late! I get into my PJs and hop in my bed.
I rub the potion on my hand and lye down. It immediately drys up and my skin feels smooth. I smile and close my eyes. I fall into a deep sleep. I spring up, looking confused. I was in a forest, and not in my room. I feel weird. It's dark out and I feel shorter.
I walk over to a mirror which appeared in front of me and look at what I look like. I am shorter, and my eyes are white. I try to change the color but it wont change. I'm stuck being my original self. Ghosts scream rips through the trees. I grab the knife that was in my pocket and dash through the trees to where I here the scream.
"Help!" I hear Ghost scream. As the other white eyes surround him.
