Fear the Light

Heading into a problem

Unlog:

I woke up from what felt like a very long dream.

I was in a small dark room, I couldn't tell what time it was in here, it was to dark.

I felt my helmet be side me and I put it on and exited the room making sure if it was day time that the light didn't touch me.

When I exited the room it looked like the sun was coming up but it wasn't in view yet.

I looked around to see where I was, it was some where I didn't realize.

I walked out a bit more of the room closing the door behind me, I don't think anyone else other then me was in there.

I walked around the tall building a bit more, trying to remember how I got there.

"Day?" I heard a voice say from behind me

I turn around to see it's Nick? In his day wear.

"Hey Nick" I see facing him

"Let me guess, you don't remember how we got here or why we are here?" He said with this 'let me guess' look on his face

"No sorry I don't"

"Well we are here because we needed supplies because we are running low, we came here yesterday around 1 or so and we have had to stay the night because it was to dangerous to go back at night, and now we are going to make the walk back" he said

"Ack-" I said putting my hand on my head

"Do you remember now?" He said walking towards me making sure I was ok

"Y-yeah sorry that I keep forgetting"

"It's alright, I mean it's not your choice anyways so don't feel to bad"

"I guess you right" I said walking to one of the windows to see the rising sun

"So we gotta head back now do we" I turned my head to Nick

"Yup so let's grab are stuff and get going"

We grabbed all of are things and head out of the building and back to were the site was

We had been walking for a while now and so far no signs of any gops near by, that's a good thing

We made are way back to where the forest was and started to head around it until

"Hey Day" Nick said stoping me

"Yeah?"

"We have a problem"

I was confused on what he meant so I moved to look around he and,

"Holy Sh*t" there were gops everywhere and not just one or two I mean like an entire group of them

They didn't spot us yet but so they will and when that happens we will be dead

"What now Day?" Nick said turning his head to me

"I-i don't know, there is no way around them"

I looked around to see that the only way we could go now is though the woods

"Nick, Im sorry to say this but the only way fo us to get back, is though the forest"

We both turned are way to the forest

"Im sure it's not to bad (hopefully)"

"It's are only option right now unless we want to go back to the town and say there until they go away"

"No it's alright, we gotta get back there today so let's just do it, plus what's the worst that could happen"

"We could both die and or we lose all of the mistrials we just got"

"I was a figure of speech you know" Nick said looking at me with a you ruin the joke type face

"I know, I know it's just.. I don't know if it the best opinion"

"Like I said we'll be fine, plus you are really good at fighting"

" *Sigh* alright let's just get this over with" I said as we walking into the forest, not knowing what was about to happen.
