A meeting

I closed the laptop as I head to a meeting room the is in site-19 so we could discuss were we are going to go to

When I got to the room I opened the door and saw mostly everyone from the site there

Some people where sitting in chairs around the long table that was in the middle of the room and others sitting on the floor or standing

Everyone was talking in their own little groups, so the room was filled with noise

I saw Nick waving his hand at me ushering me to go sit by him

Lucky he saved me a set closes to the end of the table where I believe Dr. Logan would sit

"Hey Day, I'm glad you made it on time, the meeting is going to start soon"

"Oh, so we're just waiting for Dr. Logan?"

"Yeah, she's grabbing some papers and other things before she heads over here"

Just as Nick had finished speaking the door clicked open and Dr. Logan entered, the rooms fell silent as she entered

She had papers and a clipboard in her hand as she walked over to her seat at the end of the table

She sat down on her seat and she fiddled the papers a bit and set them down on the table

"So let's begin, there are three other sites that we would be able to go to that wouldn't take to long to get to
First we have site-7 is site is the furthest away from where we are it would take about 4-6 days travel, it is also the smallest site being about half or even less the size of site-19 now this one is not my preferred option mainly because of its size and how long it take to travel not everyone here knows how to fight off the goops so I don't think it's worth the risk, next up we have site-22 this site is the second farthest away taking about 3-4 days to travel, this site is probably going to be the biggest site in the area, it's an underground facility so we have no worries or troubles about worrying about the Sun, but I'm uncertain if it's been compromised or not so we'd have to take that risk if we wanted to go there, and finally the closest site being site-11 now for a fact I know this site has been compromised so if we wanted to go there we'd have to deal with the goop's as well as whatever else lays in that facility, and it is around the same size as 19 if a bit smaller, it would take us 2 days to get there, so what do you guys think?"

Is small conversations filled the room the room fell silent again with someone speaking up

"I think we should go to site-22 it most likely is going to be the best option despite the travel" Heard a say voice in the crowd of people not sure who it was

Then more people started speaking

"Maybe we could split off into two groups and some could go to site 7 and the other can go to site 11"
"Maybe we could take on the goops and site-11"
"Yeah good idea idiot it's the same size as the site-19 we won't be making a difference"
Yeah that was definitely Jon who said that

The voice has only got louder and louder as more people started speaking

"All right everyone hush up now" Ari said trying to calm down the room

The room slowly but surely fell silent

"I have an idea, maybe we could take a vote on it and whichever site gets the most votes will head there" I said

"We can all write down what site we want to go to on a piece of paper and then collect them all up and see which one got the most votes"

"You made a good point Day, all right so we're going to do that we're going to take a break and reconvene in a day, me and Ari well start handing out papers and you guys will write what site you want to go to and we'll count up and then we'll come back tomorrow"
