Fear the Light

In a Dangerous Place

Unlog:

We walking into the forest, not knowing what was about to happen.

We headed in far enough so that the goop's that were in the way couldn't follow us.

"Alright we should be far enough away now, so all we gotta do is just go left and continue that way until we find the exit"

"Okay, just remember to key your guard up until we get out of here"

"I know I know, it's kind of hard to see though, it's surprisingly dark in here" Nick said

Since the sun turned for some reason in the woods I was really dark with no light at all

We walked for a while, with no goops in site

"Hey Day, I think I see the exit, it's just up ahead! It's not to long from here! I told you that we would b fine" Nick said hitting my arm with what I think to be a smile on his face

"Yeah, that's a good thing, but we ain't out just yet so don't get to excited"

"I know I know, but we made it this far so what could possibly go wrong :D "

The second he said that I heard something behind us

I didn't want to want to look behind me I just wanted to get out of here with out this happing

"Hey Day? Did you make that noise?" He said look at me

I shook my head, knowing that we would have to turn around eventually

We both turned around slow, I could hear my heart racing, I didn't want it to be there I wanted it to be nothing

We turn to see... Nothing? There was nothing there

We both had a sigh of relief, "s-see Day, there's nothing there"

I felt something dripping on my head with the sound still there, but then I realized

I looked at Nick and he was further away from my then he was before, he looked terrified

I looked up and moved be to Nick to see what he was seeing

It was up in the trees

a-a goop a big one was in the trees making that noise and just sitting there, s-staring at us

"RUN!"

I grabbed Nick hand and starting booking it to the exit

I could hear it fallowing us in the trees, it was fast

"AAAAH" Nick said

"WE ARE GOING TO GET OUT OF HERE NICK, JUST KEEP HOLDING MY HAND"

I ran as fast is I could to the exit we were almost there

And then we were out

I fell on the ground gasping for air

"S-see Nick, this is why we don't go in the woods" I said letting go of his hand

"N-nick?" I said looking back

Nick.. wasn't there it was a part of the forest goop that I was holding on to with his glove

"Nick!" I said getting up and grabbing the glove from the goop

I looked at the glove and then back at the woods and realized, he was still in there

"NICK!" i shouted his name into the woods

"Oh no, oh no no no, SH*T! How could I be so stupid and leave him in there! I I have to go back in there" I looked at the woods

There's a chance he could still be alive but the problem was is that the woods in this area was really big so I would have to cover a lot of ground to look for him

"I-i have to make sure he isn't dead"

I took a deep breath and ran back into the woods, hoping that he would still be alive.
