Getting out

Unlog:
I took a deep breath and ran back into the woods, hoping that he would still be alive

I didn't know where to start the woods were so big

I'll try and retrace my steps and maybe he'll be near

I don't know how long I had been searching for but it must have been hours

I started to lose hope thinking maybe he is died, im I to late, I'll never find him

I saw some bushes that looked like it had some goop skin on it and then I hear something

"W-who goes there, I swear I'm on the ground and i-ill beat the living sun light o-out of you if you come close to me!" A mistress voice said

Could it be Nick? Or a goop? I'm not sure, but I'm not taking any risks

I pulled out a knife just in case it was a goop so if it was I couldnt show fear, I have to stand my ground

I'm sure it's a goop

I replied "I would like to see you try you pile of rotten flesh" as I started to walk out of the bushes

I walked out, but I didn't see anything was my brain just make up the voice? Or were they hiding

"Day?" I heard a voice say my name

"Who there? Show yourself?!" I griped the knife titer in my hand

"I-im up here"

I looked up and to my shock I saw a person? Nick?!

"Nick?! Is that you up there?!" I said walking bad to make sure I saw that it was him

"Hey Day, I'm just hanging around and all"

Yup that's Nick

"Hold on Nick im coming to get you" I said walking over to one of the trees he was stuck in and started to climb it

I got to where he was stuck in

"Hey Nick, don't worry I'm going to get you out of here" I said trying to use my knife to cut though the web

"Thanks beacuse when I saw you I thought you were just going to leave me here"

"Hahaha, very funny Nick, now stay still I'm going to try and cut the web" I said cutting

"Wow so I guess the webs not that strong after all" Nick said watching me cut

"No it is, it just works like the goop's skin (probably because it is) so it very strong compared to the human body, but weak to something sharp"

"Oh well I guess that makes sense. Oh hey I can move my arm"

"Okay that's a good thing because now I'm going to go to the other tree and get you're other arm out and then I'll give you the knife and you can cut out you're legs"

"Mkay"

I got down from the tree and walked over to the next one and started climbing

And then I cut out the web for Nick other arm and gave Nick the knife to cut out his legs

"Alright Nick I'm going to hold on to your other arm so that you don't fall alright"

"Got it... Alright I got one leg out, so do I cut out the other one or will I fall?"

"Cut out an outline so that I can pull you out with out falling"

Nick start to cut the out line and as he does that I heard something, something coming we couldn't stay here for much longer

"Alright is this good enough?.. Day?"

"O-oh yeah it's good enough now I'm going to pull you up and when I do I want you to grab on to the tree because there isn't a lot of room up here"

I gave Nick a count down before give a big pull, and he grab on to the tree as I finish pulling him up and we where both on the tree

"I'm so glad that you found me you have no Idea"

"Well I'm glad I found you, oh yeah here" I pulled his glove out of my pocket and gave it to him

"Nice! Thank you Day" he said pulling the glove on

"Alright I'm ready to get out of this place" Nick said as we climbed down the tree

"Okay let try and find are way out of here.. umm do you still have the map?"

"Oh yeah I still got it. I think? Let me look"

Nick took of the bag of his back and looked of the map

"Here it is, still mostly attached"

We look at the map and found the best possible exit and then we started to head that way

"A-ah c-crumbs" Nick said falling to the ground

"Nick you alright? I-is something wrong?" I got over to Nicks side, but then I heard something, the noise from earlier, it was closer?!

"Nick if there is something wrong you have to tell me now?!"

"Okay okay I tried to get out of the web before you come a-a-and I twisted o-or broken my leg"

"Sh*t this is going to be a f*cking problem, umm umm umm think Day, Think! I have an idea, here get on my back, I'll carry you out"

"W-what, no! You can't do that, i-im to heavy, you won't make it"

"Well I have already made up my mind plus you are some what smaller then my so get on, and you are going to have to put my backpack on you're back as well, so here" I gave him my backpack and he up it on and got on my back

"Alright, prepare yourself I'm going to run 3 2 1" I said as I started run

"IM SORRY DAY!"

I continued to run, and then I heard it, that thing it was behind us

I tried to run faster but the problem was, was that I had Nick plus two backpack full of thing on my, I had to try though

So I ran, and ran, and ran, until finally we where out, we where out of those dreaded woods

I didn't care, we weren't safe until we got back to the site-19

So I continued to run and I wouldn't stop unit we, he, was safe

"Day? Hey Day I think you can slow down now, we are out of the forest" I ignore what Nick said I didn't care

I was going to get us back there, no matter the cost

Until I saw it I saw site-19

"H-hey Day, I see it I see the site! I-i tink nows the time to so down now, I don't want you to over work yourself so please so down"

I really wanted to listen to Nick, I really wanted to stop, but I couldn't, I picked up my pace and we weren't going to die out here

So I ran and ran and ran and then I opened the gate and I ran and open the door to the entrance and

I d-did, we made it, and in mostly one piece, god I was so out of breath

I leaned down so that Nick could get off my back and then, I fell on the ground, my legs couldn't take it anymore

"Oh shoot Day! Aa-ah" Nick said falling beside me

"A-are you alright?"

"Yeah I'm okay, I'm just going to lay here for a while, and maybe close my eyes. Are you alright?"

"Y-y-yup, just grand" Nick said taking off his helmet and looking at me with a smile

"G-good, I'm going to close my eyes now" and like I said I would I did
