Leo Valdez: The most depressed piece of shit

Leo was struggling. Every day the demons creeper closer and closer, threatening to consume him. By now he pretty much lived in bunker 9, not even coming out to eat. Nobody knew what was wrong with the mysterious boy that hid away from the world and he liked that. He didn't have any human contact for months, and the only person he would talk to was out questing with Lester A.K. Apollo. There was no way for anyone to talk to him. The only person was Nico and eventually he stopped coming. Then there was the war against the Roman emperors. He fought for his camp and lived, others were not so lucky. Piper, Frank, and Hazel were gone. Nico was in a coma along with Annabeth, and the famed hero of Olympus was in a depression so deep that people didn't even know if Annabeth (once she woke up of course) could bring him out. Leo went a couple more weeks after that in his bunker. He would have spent the rest of his life in his bunker if it wasn't for his superman barging in one day. Leo was so happy that he just burst into tears at seeing his boyfriend alive and healthy if not with a few extra scars.

When Jason first heard that Leo hadn't come out of his bunker for months his first reaction was to storm down there and yell at him. So that's what he did, he ran all the way to the bunker and kicked the door open. Once Leo looked at him he opened his mouth to start his lecture but before he got one sentence out his Latino elf embraced him and started crying into his chest.

"Te extrane" Leo muttered into Jason's shirt.

"Te extrañe para mi amor" he whispered back. Leo's response was just to pull Jason closer and drag them both to the small bed wedged in the corner.

That night if you went to bunker 9 you would find Jason and Leo cuddling while watching old movies from the early 90s on an old T.V. and eating whatever snacks buford the table coughed up for them.

Because as long as one had the other everything would be ok.
