"Did you see the warning?" I look over at Daniel with a confused expression. "What warning?" "The one about the snow storm! It's supposed to be insane! We probably won't have school for the rest of the week." I glance out the window. "Looks fine out right now but it's supposed to worsen by noon. Did you bring a coat?" My smile quickly fades. "Shit! I forgot it in Raelyn's car!-" "Riley!" I snap my head from the window to the front of the room. "First you show up to my class late Riley and then you use foul language in my class room? I don't tolerate that kind of language! Please see me when the lunch bell rings." "Mr. Way I can't! I have to see Mr. Iero at lunch!" He stands still for a moment without breaking eye contact. "Fine. See me when the final bell rings, when the school day is over. I'll be in here." I go to speak again but he holds his hand up signalling for me to be quiet.

"Nice one dumb ass." Jade whispers while nudging my arm. "Teachers second week and you're already giving him a hard time." "I didn't mean to! I'm screwed!" The only response I got was them laughing. It's funny but I really am fucked. My bus is the first to leave and I have to see Mr. Way after class. In addition I forgot my fucking coat!

The bell rings and I gather up my things. "I'm sure you all have seen upcoming weather. So please take home any supply's you need for this project because it will be due on Monday! Have a good day everyone!" Mr. Way claps his hands and smiles as the students exit the class. I sling my bag over my shoulder and walk behind my two friends. "And Riley please don't forget to see me at the end of the day." I only nod at him in response and in return he frowns at me. I don't know why, it was kind of strange.

"Riley!" My head snaps from the ground and I immediately smile nervously. "H-Hey! Mr. Iero, how are you?" He stands outside his classroom door with his arms crossed looking down at me. "I would hope your sister spoke to you, or reminded you I suppose?" I chuckle. "Yeah, she did actually. Listen Mr. Iero I don't think I can come in at lun-" "No excuses Riley. You skipped the last two days of coming in. You're too far behind..." He says with a sigh. I couldn't help but feel a ping of disappointment as I put my head back down. I feel a hand rest on my shoulder causing me to look back up. Mr. Iero smiles softly down at me. "Don't worry. We'll get you caught up in no time, you just gotta put in the effort. Okay?" I let out a sigh and smile while nodding.

He lets go of my shoulder and turns into the classroom. I follow in behind him and take my seat alone because I wasn't friends with anybody in this class. But I certainly did have somebody I didn't like in this class. "Riley! Always a beautiful sight!" I roll my eyes as I set my bag on the ground next to me. "Piss off Aron, I'm not in the mood for your shit today." Before he could get another word out Mr. Iero shuts the class up by clipping his hands.

"I see we didn't have much of a turn out today. Seems everyone has seen the news. Since there is a high chance I won't be seeing you guys again this week I have made the decision that we will just watch a documentary instead of work. But you are always free to do some catching up while we watch the documentary if you need to. So get comfortable and please be silent." Mr. Iero turns on the projector and flips off the lights.

"Perfect, more free time with you." Could I roll my eyes any harder? "I have work to do Aron. Fuck off." I snap at him while pulling my binder and book out of my bag. "Damn, what's got you in such a bad mood today? Is it that your stuck with Mr. Iero at lunch today? Or that you have to see the new art teacher after school? Or-" "Didn't I say to fuck off? Are those two words too hard for your tiny brain to comprehend?" I quickly begin to work on one of my assignments in attempts to avoid him.

"Why do you have to speak so viscously to me?" He says while placing his hand on my lower thigh. I let out a small gasp and drop my pen into my paper. "You weren't speaking to my like this last month." I send him a deathly stare. "Don't fucking touch me Aron!" I dig my nails into his hand and rip it off my thigh. Aron use to be apart of my friend group. That was until our Grade Twelve year started. I still don't know what changed in him but he just changed into a player. He tried messing  around with Jade and he ended up doing 'stuff' with her. She really thought he was into her. But I started to see his ways. So I created a fake account and catfished him. He fell into it and sent the fake account nudes. Cheating on Jade. After that he was dead to our group. And since then he's been trying to get with me. But I have no interest in someone like him.

I only managed to get one assignment don't because Aron would just not give up. While everyone else around me gets up to go have fun I remain in my seat until the room was empty leaving me and Mr. Iero alone. "So where do you want to start?" I think for a moment. "Let's start from the oldest assignment and work our way towards yesterday's?" He smiles and nods in agreement.

He sits down in Aron's seat and scoots a bit closer to me. Having him sitting so close to me caused my body to cover with goosebumps. His arm would brush against mine occasionally which caused them to reappear over and over. Mr. Iero is a kind teacher. He really cares deeply about his students. He's like the cool teacher. He has tattoos covering almost every inch of his arms, even a few on his neck. His hair was almost as dark as mine and his eyes resembled Mr. Way's. Only his held a bit more brown to them.

That took a lot less time then I thought. I had at least 10 assignments to do but they were a lot easier then I thought they would be. "I still want you to come in during lunch for at least another week just to make sure you're grasping the new material properly. Is that okay with you?" It really wasn't but I just nodded and smiled. Just as I was about to get up a knock echos through the empty room. "Come in!" The door swings open to rebut he silver haired man. "Ah Mr. Way! What can I do for you?" He smiles and looks over at me. "I had some issues with Riley this morning and I wanted to make sure she was being serious when she said she was spending lunch in here with you." His eyes never left mine. "She's just a little behind on her work and I wanted to get her caught up before she fell to far back." Mr. Way nods at Mr. Iero before looking at me.
"I look forward to seeing you after school Riley." And with that, he left the classroom. Leaving me with an uncomfortable feeling of dread.
