Chapter 10

Dani's POV

I still can't believe I am actually doing this, I haven't sang in front of some one in so long. I hand Luke his guitar and put mine on my lap.
"I'm gonna need some help with this one," I say to Michael and then I continue with, " guys this is decode by paramore, I hope you enjoy," I say and start the song on my guitar . Michael quickly catches on and plays with me. Then I start singing, I gave the guitar to Mikey because when we were in 8th grade I put a video of us doing this song on my beauty Chanel. That's when I was fearless, if anyone were to see this now I would most likely die, most likely. I look up to see Luke, Ashton, and Calum's jaws dropped and Michael on the other hand is just smiling like a proud dad. We finish the song and all I here is clapping and cheering. Then I hear Ashton say
" I can't believe We got that on tape, I'm uploading it right now." And Luke and Calum are nodding and smiling and with a click of a button it's on their band account. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Just think of all the hate I'll get.
"Ashton did you just post that on YouTube?" I ask my voice cracking at the end. They have worried expressions on there faces,
"Yes, are you ok?" He asks and I shake my head.
"Just think of all the hate I'll get, the girls who like you will be like, "whos that bitch?" , "what a whore" and stuff like that, I can't go through all that again, my voice is terrible as it is. I say and turn around to walk out but Michael grabs me and pulls me to his chest.
"It's okay, you're an amazing singer and the people who say you're not and call you names because you hang with us are just jealous of you and your talent, and that your so cool you hang out with us" that makes us laugh. I hug him, thank him, kiss him on the cheek, then sit down on Luke's lap. He wraps he arms around me and says sorry.
"Guys, thank you for uploading it, it's getting rid of my fears and doubts. So no worries. It's all good." I say and snuggle into Luke. He kisses my cheek and puts his arms in my waist.
"Are you gonna sleep with me tonight again?" He whispers to me so the boys don't hear.
"Umm, I was thinking every night" I whisper back and feel him smile on my neck.
"Okay," he whispers into my neck still smiling.
"Hey love birds, come watch this video!" Ashton yells to us across the room. We get up and walk to where he is, I see the video is me and Mikey on their bands YouTube channel. I gosh I probably sound horrible. He plays the video and I don't really think anything of it, accept its a little better than 8th grade. When the video is over, Michael says,
"Damn that's a lot better than 8th grade," everyone laughs, even Luke. I didn't know he had seen it.
"Read the comments, all of them," I say and sit on the floor next to Cal. He puts his arm on my shoulders and I lean into him. Ashton starts reading the comments and I'm shocked, all of them so far say that I'm amazing, and stuff like that, then Ashton stops.
"What?" I ask him
"This one says, "what a whore, she can't hang out with them, she's probably doing all of them." I'm sorry Dani, she's just jealous." Ashton says and Luke sits down and hugs me.
"Okay," I say and sigh. Then I perk up because,
"Hey guys, you know how I have always wanted a lip ring and so has Luke?" They all nod suspiciously.
"Well what are we waiting for, let's get me and Luke a lip ring!" I yell and stand up, they run out the door with me.
"Wait," I say and they stop short running into each other, " Michael didn't you want an eyebrow piercing, and Ash and Cal didn't you want tattoos?" I ask and they nod.
"Then let's get you one!!" I say and hop in the drivers seat. Luke hops in the passenger seat and the other boys in the back. I drive us to a tattoo and piercing parlor. When I park the guys start saying,
"It's not a good idea Dee, let's not, my mom is gonna be so mad" I'm just like
"Shut up and get out of the car." They sigh and get out, I can't believe we are actually doing this. YES!
I walk in and at the front desk is a lady with blue hair and a bunch of tattoos and piercings
" How can I help you?" She asks sweetly.
"My and my friend Luke want lip piercings , Michael wants an eyebrow peircing, and the other two dweebs want tattoos"
I tell her and she tells us all to follow her. Me, Michael, and Luke go into a room with piercing jewelry, and the other too go into a tattoo room. A guys walks in and tells me to sit down, so I do.
"What do you want and wear?" He asks, I smile because he is so grumpy and say,
"I want a lip piercing on my left right here," I say and point to it. He puts a dot there. I look at it and tell him that's good, then he cleans my lip and clamps it.
"Luke, come here," I say and he comes and grabs my hand.
"Ready, 1...2...3...." Pop, and I clear tube is in my lip. He puts black puts the black stick in the tube. He slides the stick in my lip and slides out the tube, next he screws on the stud. To be honest it didn't hurt that much. Now it's Luke's turn.
"Ready big boy?" The guys says, and does the same steps for Luke, damn he looks hot with that stud.
"You look hot with that stud," we say at the same time and laugh.
"Mikey, your turn." I turn to him. He sits down and grasps my hand. (Idk what the steps are for an eyebrow piercing)
After we know how to clean it we walk out and see the two dweebs sitting on a bench with patches on their arms.
"You guys ready to go?" I ask and they nod. We are in the car driving home and Ashton asks,
"Hey Dee, did it hurt? You know your lip ring?"
"No, not really. Did your tattoo hurt?" I ask him
"Yeah, a little it's like getting stung by a small bee a thousand times." He says laughing. We crack up. Luke looks down at his phone and says,
"Guys, our fans want us to do another cover and they want Dani to do one too." We nod our heads and I agree, I'll do a couple covers with them.
"Oohhhhh, we can show them our new accessories." Ashton says. We pull up to the house and get out of the car.
We walk inside the garage and pick up our instruments. The boys do a cover of "Year 3000" by Busted. And I do an acoustic version of misery business. After that we walk the guys out and say our goodbyes. Tomorrow we have school and the boys agreed to ditch Jason and hang out with me and Luke. So I'm happy.
"Hey Dani," Luke ask, we are laying in bed, my back to him with his arms around my waist playing with each other's fingers.
"Hmmhh?" I reply smiling.
"Will you be my girlfriends?" he asks and I face him with wide eyes. I nod my head up and down as my smile grows and so does his. Then I kiss him, things start to get heated and I pull away.
"Good night Luke, I love you." I say and peck his lips.
"Goodnight Dani, I love you too" and with that I fall asleep soundly in his arms.
