Brian's P.O.V

Once I got out of the shower and dried off I heard a knock at the door so, I made my way to open it, and when I did Jency was standing right in front of me.

"Hey, How's Freddie?" She gave me a soft half-smile as she held A bag of unknown objects in her hands.

"He's alright, He's been lethargic and drowsy he's up right now if you want to come in and see him" I gave her a soft smile in return.

"I'd love to" Jency peaks her head in as I step aside letting her in and make my way over to the sofa where Freddie was.

"Hello, darling" Freddie repositioned himself as he sat up.

"Hey, how are you feeling hun?".

" Tired".

"Well I have something that can help. I brought some herbal porridge, some chicken soup, and some chicken and beef broth that you can have by itself or you can use for soup".

"Thank you love but, you didn't have to do this".

"But, I wanted to do this"

"Thank you again Jency but, How in the hell did you find time to do this?".

"After yesterday's events, I decided to go to the farmers market and grab some herbs and spices for my kitchen when I got the idea to grab some herbs a whole chicken, and some beef for the chicken soup, chicken, and beef broth. I couldn't sleep for a while so I decided to make the chicken soup and drain the broth from the chicken and beef that I bought which made me feel like I could get shit done for once in my life yet after that I finally cleaned up my flat and I've been up since 7:00 this morning ".

"Yeah, After this I'm going to visit the couple from yesterday if you have enough energy do you want to come join me? I'm sure they would love to see the hero of it all".

" I think that's a good idea since no to both have been cooped up in here all day".

" I think so too Bri".

"Okay then tell me where to put the stuff then we'll go but, if you start to feel ill at all Freddie Brian and I will bring you back here".

"Okay".

And so with that after putting away the things that Jency brought us the three of us went to the local hospital to visit the couple from yesterday.

"Knock knock, Are you guys feeling up for visitors" Jency poked her head into the room.

"Yes please do come in" The guy grinned softly.

So she opened the door a little wider for us to step inside.

"You guys must be Ross and Rachel Roger and John have told me so much about you two so, so How are you feeling Rachel?".

"Physically a lot better than both the doctors and I thought but mental health I'm not okay".

"That's wonderful dear I'm glad that you're on the mend".

"Thanks, Freddie and how are you feeling?".

"I'm alright just exhausted".

"How are you holding up Ross?".

"Honestly I'm grateful that she's still alive thanks to you Freddie. How are you holding up Brian?".

"I'm doing okay a little shaken up about him diving into Lake Geneva although I'm grateful that she's alive also I'm not religious or anything but I was praying to god that he would come up but, deep down I know that Freddie's a strong swimmer I guess that's one of the perks about growing up on an island".

" I get it I grew up on Catalina Island which is forty-six miles off of the coast of California not far from Los Angeles".

"Look at y'all bonding this is wonderful to see".

After a while of conversation, it was time for us to go home and let the couple rest. The doctor said that Rachel could be discharged in the next day or two which was amazing and the next thing that they would know they would be on their way to London, But as we were about to leave Freddie stopped in his tracks then Jency and I turned around and saw him put his hand to his head.

"Freddie sweetheart you okay?".

" I don't feel good loves".

"Okay let's get you in a chair hun".

So we did and once we got him in a nearby chair Jency knelt and gave him a sweet carton to snack on after a little while she pulled out a glucose testing strip to make sure that his blood sugar was alright.

"Sixty-nine that one point below the normal range for a non-diabetic.  I suggested getting a hypoglycemia exam to make sure everything is fine when you feel better of course but for now, let's say here and see how you feel before I take you home".

"Alright, love".

After about an hour the three of us went back to our flat and hung out for a little while before Jency left to go home.

"Bri?".

"Yeah, Fred".

" I have zero regrets about diving into Geneva I would do that again for any of the girls and you bet your ass I'd do yesterday's events all over again if I could".

" I have no doubts that you would".

"What would you do if I drowned?".

"I would've lost my goddamn mind if you did, I'd just be a whole different person I would be probably not okay, probably locked up in a institution but, if I'm being honest I am grateful that you're alive".

"Honestly I was praying to god that Rachel was still breathing",

"I'm not religious either but so was I".

Then I saw a single tear stream down Freddie's face.
