Chloe's P.O.V

Once I exited the bus I walked into the center of the commune and paused to figure out my next move. When I heard.

"You there, what are you doing out here?"

I looked at the male guard and made a run for it.  After a few minutes, I looked back and had outrun him.  As I came upon another laboratory I saw Freddie and Mary through the window.  I took a closer look and noticed the guards weren't in the room so I entered.  Melody was on the floor and Freddie was drugged up in the bed barely conscious.

I treaded lightly trying not to make too much noise as I worked up to them and said.

" Hey Mary, How's Freddie?".

Mary turned to me with a smile of relief. " Hey, Chlo he's pretty out of it".

" Alright then" I looked around in search of a wheelchair until I saw one in the corner of the room. " Okay there's a wheelchair over there. Do you mind grabbing it for me, Mary?".

" I don't mind at all I'll be right back" She sighed as she walked over to the corner.

I turned to Freddie and said. " Freddie honey, Can you hear me? if you can I need you to open your eyes"  I whispered as I gently tapped his face.

He moaned and then opened his eyes. " Chloe?".

" Hey hun, Ready to go?".

"Yeah thank god".

" Alright, Can you stand?".

" I don't think so".

I looked up as I saw Mary walking the chair towards us." It's okay I'll be doing all of the work".

And so with that I transferred him into the wheelchair when I heard Melody moan and open her eyes then she said.

"Oh god, What have I done?".

"I got you Mel" I worked over and helped her up slowly.

" Chloe, Mary. What happened?".

" It's a long story but, now we have to go".

So we made our way back to the bus when I felt the sedative started to take effect.

" Chloe, Are you okay?".

" Yeah I'm alright, we were instructed to take a sedative no, it's kicking in for me".

Once we arrived at the bus, I assisted the girls with getting Freddie onto the bus and seated across from Brian, when I shut down diagonally across from Roger and caused my eyes when I heard a familiar come on the radio, which was Hotel California by the Eagles.

"
On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
The warm smell of colitis, rising through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night
There she stood in the doorway
I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself

Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor
I thought I heard them say

Welcome to the Hotel California

Plenty of room at the Hotel California

Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes bends

So I called up the Captain
"Please bring me my wine."
He said, "We haven't had that spirit here since nineteen sixty-nine."
And still, those voices are calling from far away

Mirrors on the ceiling
The pink champagne on ice
And she said "We are all just prisoners here, of our device"
And in the master's chambers
They gathered for the feast
They stab it with their steely knives

Last thing I remember
I was running for the door
I had to find the passage back to the place I was before
"Relax," said the night man
"We are programmed to receive
You can check out any time you like
But you can never leave!"............."
