Feel the adrenaline (Midoriya x OC)

Pool day

It was a sunday morning, every single one of the class 1-A members having returned safely from their trip to I-Island a week ago. Everyone's injuries had healed perfectly fine, Kira's included. Honestly, she felt great. And with the upcoming training camp, she couldn't help the random burst of energy she received that day. She found herself not in Midoriya's apartment, seeing as she had received a text message from Uraraka earlier, sounding something like this.

The girls decided today would be a great day to hang out at the school pool!

We've gotten special permission from Mr. Aizawa :)

Wanna join?

It was safe to say Kira immediately replied with an excited 'yes', so there she was, approaching the school with a skip in her step. She didn't tell Midoriya where she went, since he was focussing on his training for the day, so Kira didn't think it'd make any difference if he knew where she was. Plus, this was a girls day, he couldn't interrupt them. She fastened her pace a little until she entered the school, manoeuvring through the halls towards the locker room.

She pushed the door open with her right hand, immediately being met with the girls of class 1-A. All of them were already changed, so Kira got a bit confused at their choice of clothing. They were all wearing the same bathing suit, seemingly one from the school, so Kira inwardly pouted about how she wouldn't be able to wear her own bathing suit. Her sigh of disappointment caught the attention of her female classmates, everyone throwing their arms in the air out of excitement. "Yamari! You made it!" cheered Mina, who walked over to give Kira a tight hug.

Kira patted her on the back, chuckling at Mina's usual excited nature. "You guys don't happen to have a bathing suit for me do you?" asked Kira as she rubbed her neck. Yaoyorozu nodded with a smile, pulling out a bathing suit from behind her. She gave it to Kira who immediately got to changing her outfit, ready to cool herself down in the chilly water. The suit hugged Kira's body tightly, making her feel kind of squeamish and exposed at first, but she'd get used to it soon enough.

The girls exited the locker room with happy chatter, Mina holding a volleyball in her hands to play around with in the pool. Once they opened the door to the outside, they were immediately hit with the wonderful heat of the sun. Kira squinted her eyes, quickly putting her sunglasses on which she had brought with her. The girls jogged over to the far side of the pool, Mina taking Hagakure's hand and dragging her into the pool. The others settled for sitting on the side of the pool, their feet dangling in the water.

Kira laid her towel across the floor, laying on her back. She told the girls she'd relax a bit before she'd jump in the pool, so she plugged in her headphones and pressed shuffle on her favourite playlist. She let out a content sigh, placing her arms behind her head and closing her eyes. She laid there for about 15 minutes, completely forgetting about her surroundings, until a large splash of water drenched her from head to toe.

Kira gasped as her body shot up, her sunglasses flying off her face in the process. The girls all froze as they watched Kira with wide eyes, all of them knowing how badly they had messed up. Kira kept her head down as she slowly stood up, her wet bangs covering her eyes. Hagakure had already started backing up in the water, knowing it was her who created the splash by cannonballing in the pool. Kira's head suddenly shot up, her red eye glowing as she glared straight at the invisible girl. Even though Hagakure was invisible, she visibly flinched as Kira's hard gaze fell on her, shivers running down her spine as Kira spoke lowly.

"Hagakure..." Mina slapped her hand over her mouth to contain her giggles as she looked between Kira and Hagakure, the other girls now backing up as well. "I'm gonna KILL YOU!" shouted Kira as she sprinted at the pool full speed. She jumped up, ready to tackle Hagakure and hold her under water until Tsuyu's tongue wrapped around her ankle, making her stumble and face plant into the water. Her friends all laughed loudly as Kira's head popped up again, her face red from the slap of the water she received and from anger.
