Three days passed at an insanely slow rate for Kira. All these checkups and interviews tiring her out even more. She was so ready to get out of the hospital and continue with her studies. So when she actually got the permission to leave, she basically sprinted out the front doors. Breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the slight breeze on her cheeks, Kira puffed out a small relieved breath and smiled. She started her walk towards Midoriya's house, deciding not to take the train or bus today.

Her doctors let her off with a warning to take it slow, especially with her new power. It had great abilities, such as speeding up the healing process of the human body. But the nurses did tell her to be careful when using it in her upcoming training and exam, seeing as it could break someone down just as easily. 

Midoriya and the others did come to visit her, which truly lightened Kira's mood. Their cheery attitudes never failing to make her feel at home. She did receive some weird looks from Kirishima when Midoriya had asked for some alone time with her, but she brushed it off as him having a bad day. Himari had also came back to visit Kira, this time with none other than her kids. A little boy and an older girl, both the sweetest children ever.

They have that from their mother.

Himari and Kira exchanged phone numbers and agreed to stay in touch, just to make sure things would go steadily. They enjoyed each others company and didn't hesitate to let the other know. Kira felt okay with this. She felt okay. Even if her father didn't bother to come check up on her and only asked how she was via text, she was fine. 

After a decent walk, Kira finally arrived back at the Midoriya household. She knocked on the door three times, patiently waiting for someone to open the door. Soon enough, the turning of a lock could be heard and the door slightly opened, revealing those emerald eyes Kira has grown oh so fond of. Midoriya's eyes lit up at the sight of Kira, now fully opening the door to give her a blinding smile.

"Kira! You're home!" exclaimed the boy excitedly. Kira smiled back and pulled the slightly taller boy in for a hug. The latter, unprepared for the sudden affection, felt his cheeks warm up and his eyes go wide. It didn't take him long to reciprocate the hug though, melting into it as he laid his head on Kira's shoulder. "I'm glad you're back", mumbled Midoriya as he rubbed the girls' back.

Kira chuckled and released Midoriya, giving him a sweet smile before responding. "Me too, Izuku. It's good to be home." Midoriya swore he felt his heart skip a beat as Kira referred to his house as 'home'. He was so happy that Kira felt safe and accepted with him, so he didn't make her wait any longer to enter the cozy house. Kira took off her shoes at the entrance and walked in front of Midoriya, who was kind enough to wait for her to be done.

Kira had just entered the kitchen when a sudden weight attached itself to her abdomen. Being startled by the sudden embrace, Kira let out a yelp and looked down to see who was hugging her so tightly. Inko Midoriya tilted her head upwards towards the teenage girl, fresh tears in the corner of her eyes. "Oh Kira! I was so worried! I'm so happy you're okay!" cried the woman, making Kira smile gently at the older woman.

Kira reached her arms around Inko's smaller frame, returning the hug she received. She rubbed Inko's back while she cried, whispering apologies to try and calm the woman down. "I'm sorry for worrying you Inko. But I'm fine, I promise. As good as new!" Midoriya watched the sweet exchange between his mother and his crush, a gentle smile on his face. He felt so happy that Kira was okay and that she felt a lot better now.

After Kira was engulfed with so many hugs from Inko and overloaded with baked goods she had made, Midoriya eventually pulled her away to his room. He closed the door behind him, watching as Kira flopped down on his bed. His cheeks turned a slight red, being flustered to have such a pretty girl on his bed. He walked over to sit next to her, moving his head to face her relaxed figure. "How are you feeling?" asked Midoriya.
