Kira and Bakugou hadn't realised just how far they had been walking before they realised there were villains. They ran for what seemed like an eternity, the guy on Kira's back not really making it easy for her. Bakugou had requested multiple times to take him off of her but she had refused, saying they didn't have time to think about that stuff. They didn't know how many villains there were, so the first thing they had to do was get back to camp so they would be close to the teachers and pros.

Sweat ran down Kira's face as she panted, her training from the past two days not really helping her stamina. She pushed her legs onwards, ignoring the disgusting gut feeling that something would go terribly wrong. Kira and Bakugou slid to a stop as the ground beneath them began to rumble, making them look to where the sound came from. The cliff where Midoriya and Kota talked was being cracked in half, green lightning bouncing off the surface. Kira's eyes widened as her breathing seemingly stopped, coming to the conclusion that Midoriya was fighting someone.

Bakugou glanced at the girl beside him, watching her struggle to make a solid decision. She wanted so badly to run up there and help Midoriya, but she couldn't just leave Bakugou with the passed out student. Right when Bakugou was about to tell her to leave, the sound of footsteps and heavy pants came from their left. Their heads whipped around to face whoever was coming towards them while Bakugou quickly stood in front of Kira. Todoroki ran towards them, sweat visible on his forehead as he came to a stop in front of them.

"Yamari, Bakugou. I was looking for you", spoke the boy between heavy breaths, placing his hands on his knees to try and calm down from his run. Kira stepped towards him, a pleading look on her face. "Todoroki, where's Izuku? Please don't tell me he's up there", pleaded Kira, watching as Todoroki averted his gaze to the floor beneath them. "... He is, which is why I'm here. He told me to send you after him, that only you and him knew where he was going", informed the boy, making Kira grit her teeth as she sucked in a breath.

Todoroki noticed Kira's internal struggle as he swiftly took the unconscious student from her hands, making Kira look towards him in confusion. "What are you-" Todoroki stopped her by placing a hand on her shoulder, a stern yet concerned look on his face. "We both know Midoriya's gonna end up going too far. Go find him, I'll stay with Bakugou", offered Todoroki, making Bakugou scoff as he mumbled about not needing anyone to protect him. Kira looked between the cliff and Todoroki, almost yelping when Todoroki pushed her away from him. He nodded his head before he took off in the other direction, Bakugou reluctantly following behind him, not without sending Kira one last look with an expression she didn't quite understand.

Kira silently thanked Todoroki in her head, immediately activating her quirk to sprint towards the chaos. Her breathing was ragged as her mind raced with the worst possible outcomes. She forced her legs to go faster, coming closer to where she needed to be. She ran up the hill, hearing screaming and sounds of absolute destruction. She quickly flipped to the side when a large block of rubble flew towards her, avoiding permanent brain damage by a millimetre. She ran around the corner only to be faced with her absolute worst nightmare.

A large muscular man with blonde hair was towering over Midoriya, his skin being replaced by pure muscle. Kira recognised him, he was the villain who had killed countless heroes along with Kota's parents, Waterhose. Speaking of Kota, he was watching the scene with wide eyes as tears ran down his face while he covered himself with his arms. Midoriya's quirk was fully activated, his heels digging into the concrete below him as the villain forced him down. His arm was very obviously broken, bent and twisted in the most painful way, making Kira accidentally let out a cry of worry.

Rubble flew directly at Kota, Kira quickly placing a shield in front of both of them to protect him. Kota looked behind him only to see Kira with a pained expression as she ran over to pull the small boy towards her. He reached up and grabbed her shirt, clinging onto her as he looked right into her eyes. "Please! You have to do something! He'll die!" pleaded the boy, making Kira pull him even closer. The scene was horrifying, the villain only laughing at Midoriya's heroic actions, taunting him as he buried Midoriya in the ground.
